The pictures of the rooms & property when I made the reservation were not the same when I arrived at the hotel. The property looked rundown.
Pet friendly! Price is good, room was clean, staff was courteous.
It was an average, middle to lower end hotel room. Better than Motel 6, definitely not as nice as a Hilton.
We found burn holes in blankets. The rooms smelled of smoke. Towels had hairs on them. Rooms needed swept. There were cockroaches the rooms as well.
Wonderful staff with very understanding and witty people like this around i be back again and again

The property is conveniently located with a variety of nearby services. the check-in was seamless and staff friendly. The in-room amenities were as advertised and in good condition and the room was clean. I have stayed at Red Roof Inns that offer breakfast although this facility does not, Given the current competition, management would be advised to begin doing so.
We had stayed 2 nights and the first night we had got back to the room and i had walked to the bed and ended up getting glass in my foot.... the next day we get back to the room and my sister notices glass under the bed that had been sticking out... so I had went to the front desk and had told them and I had let them know i had a small child and i didn't want him to get hurt and the guy had asked was my son going under the bed and explained he didn't have housekeeping and so on and i had explained we don't just go into rooms looking under beds to begin with. But the front desk guy had came and cleaned it up and all the crap that came out from under there was NASTY. Long story short they don't clean their rooms! They didn't bother sweeping, vacuuming, changing/making the bed, or cleaning out the shower! Also there were stains and holes in our sheets and blood stains on the lamp shade that sits on the desk! WE WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE. And when we checked in they gave us a top room and i had to switch to a bottom room and the front desk lady acted like it was a bother. If the room wasn't by the opened fence part it wouldn't have been a problem but the reservations clearly states i had a child. She had told me rudely if i would have told her i had a small child she would have automatically given me a bottom level room! The only good part about this location was that it was close to the highway. Oh and the housekeeper was only worried about going home early! WORSE PLACE EVER!!!!!!
We had a non smoking room. However the “smoking zone “ was right outside our room and the air conditioner just sucked the smoke into our room. Definitely NOT worth the rate we paid.....over $110.
I just have to give an excellent review because of the cleaning staff. LaLa cleaned my room in the blink of an eye in the 100 degree temps! Crazy. The next shift couldn’t keep up with her (and there were 2 girls on that shift!). Please acknowledge her performance. It deserves merit and bonus!

We have stayed there before and had been pleased. This time the room, in particular, the floor was not clean. Also, very noisy at night due to people talking outside the room in the smoking area late into the night.
