This property was perfect for our stay in Fort Collins for three nights. They gave us the perfect room for our English bulldog and the bed was really comfortable. The rooms were clean and smelled great. The staff was very amenable and helpful.
Nice modern and clean hotel. My only issue was the shower. After adjusting the temperature, it was not stable. The water would constantly go to scalding hot to freezing cold within seconds and without warning. Apart from that everything else was great.
Everything was very good. Great breakfast. Have stayed here several times.

Yes, there was a big remodeling job in the lobby. Did that make there be an overflowing trash can when we checked into our room? A TV/remote that didn't work? The same TV problem in the new room we insisted on? A poor desk clerk all alone, who had to leave her desk to unsuccessfully addressTV problems? A tiny sign saying the main entrance was closed, only visible after we parked? ("We had another sign but the rain washed away the letters, we're waiting to get some materials so wee can make a new sign"). Really! A total management failure in a hotel unworthy of this brand.
Spacious, very modern and clean rooms (were recently renovated). The location is great for those looking for proximity to Rocky Mountain NP.

Comfortable and convenient, but a couple of miles off of the freeway. Used the area to get a jump on traffic out of Denver on our way to the Black Hills.
Although the purpose of our trip was not particularly pleasant the hotel gave several family units a chance to meet for breakfast and despatch collectively to a larger family gathering.
Staff was fantastic, check in was very pleasant , he was very helpful to give information on restaurants around town and things to do in Fort Collins. For first time visitors, we needed the help. My next travel, I will stay at Holiday Inn Express.
