This place doesn’t look like much at first, but once we were settled in, we had no complaints. It was clean, nicely located and we were quite comfortable. The street can be noisy and bustling, but we heard nothing inside the apartment. No complaints.
We spent a night in a two bedroom apartment during some very cold weather. The apartment was spacious and clean, but a bit scruffy. The main problem was that it was inadequately heated and the window in the sitting room was unable to be closed properly. Even turning up the heating fully was not sufficient to keep the rooms warm and it then resulted in the hot water being woefully inadequate instead. We were cold during the night even with thick duvets. We also had a problem with the ancient television which was playing up and we couldn't change the channel. To be fair to the staff they were very pleasant and attentive and did their best to close the window. They provided us with an extra heater in the morning (no one is around overnight or we would have asked earlier) and appeared to be experienced in sorting the problems with the television. It seems to me that the property would benefit massively from some investment to update things and allow for a more comfortable stay.
We stayed in a two bedroom flat for two nights. Apartment was really spacious and exceptionally clean. All basic amenities were provided, although we would suggest the management to provide some hand creams and hygiene bags in toilets for improved service. Reception staff were very welcoming especially the lady. We would definitely come back.
The apartments were nice enough and very clean with everything you need. However what I will say is I was a bit disappointed that when we arrived to check in we got told that they do not usually accept bookings from Glasgow addresses!!! However on this occasion they would accept it! So what the hell are you supposed to do if they don’t accept it???? Maybe the websites should be advised of this because if we had been told no I would have been furious! Quick enough to take the money from you though for the booking. Just because it’s a Glasgow address does not mean we are staying there to have a party at the end of the night. It’s because it’s just as cheap to stay overnight somewhere in Glasgow than to pay £40/45 in a taxi home and the hassle of trying to get a taxi, nothing else. We only wanted somewhere to sleep at the end of the night.
great location not far from train stations.. immaculate appartments had everything we needed. remember your photo id at check in. lovely decking area outside reception for the smokers. safe and secure. 2nd visit wont be our last. reception staff always friendly and helpful and appartments nice and quiet.
We stayed here before Christmas to do some Christmas shopping Well located but tierd in places Had difficulty finding car park too Spacious two bedroom apartment with all facilities even tea coffee and milk
I will start with the positives, the apartment was in a fantastic position, close to everything, we didnt use the car at all, another positive was great parking under the apartment, the apartment was clean and had 2 great bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen with everything you needed, bedrooms were a decent size and the beds were comfortable, the pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable and definitely needs to be replaced, there was 1 sofa and 1 armchair in the living room, there were 5 of us adults, a couple of us had to sit on the floor to watch TV, there should have been if not a sofa then definitely another armchair, I think the apartment was a bit on the small side for us
Great base for trip to city. Very central and easy to access from M8 . Parking too. Comfortable clean and quite enough. Staff all friendly. Two bathrooms good and kitchen well equipped. Would return again. Ideal for weekend break
Recently had a mid week trip to Glasgow and stayed in these apartments. Two minutes walk from Glasgow Central station is great when you arrive and puts you only five minutes walk from the centre of town . Apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean ,and staff couldn't have been more helpful, letting us leave our bags for a while after we checked out. We walked up the river to the museum and tall ship and maybe took 40 mins ambling. From there the 'west end' with its bars and eateries is only a short stroll . Got a half price deal at Grill on the Corner great, great steak , great price .
Tidy apartment in a good location,it’s not high end but it’s comfortable enough and reasonably clean . There are restrictions on guests that come with a stalag mentality and penalties for breaking the rules. Remember your photo I.D too or you might not get checked in.
