Right in the heart of the city with a multi-story car park across the street. The hotel is warm and clean, rooms nicely decorated and there's a nice bar at reception. Staff in reception are very helpful and friendly - they sorted out taxis for us and arranged a discount on the car parking. West Nile St is exactly where you want to be - lots of places to eat, a cinema down the street, and theatres close by. Recommended!

Enjoyed a 2 night stay here in an executive room. There was everything a person could possibly need in our room! Comfortable bed and not noisey. Good selection of food at breakfast time with eggs cooked to your liking. Check-in very efficient and all staff we encountered were friendly. Good location for shopping and plenty of bars and restaurants close at hand.

We had a three night stay here. We found the hotel staff were really helpful giving us a map of Glasgow on arrival. The room was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay here and next time we visit Glasgow we will be staying in this hotel.

I really cannot fault this hotel. I stayed here for two nights in March, I've usually stayed at the express next door but glad I have changed my alliegence and opted for a bit of luxury. It is exactly what you would expect from a Holiday Inn, clean room, fast check in and just the right amount of attention. I will definitely be staying here next time in Glasgow.

Fantastic central location one street from the shops and great parking in multi storey across the road at a discounted rate. Michael (hope I remembered his name) if you want to chat whiskey at the bar he is the man. Amazing whiskey knowledge. Slight headache the next morning due to some sampling (ok doubles!) whiskeys ive never tried. Paid to upgrade room on arrival which I would recommend as it was a lovely room. Had a laugh when my keycard didn't work and I got lost in the hotel but found a phone on a wall and the lovely lady at reception gave me direction thank you! Great stay. Can't wait to come back as we love Glasgow and you can't get more central thank this hotel.

Stayed here at the end of February. Very handy for shops, restaurants and bus station! Very comfortable room, good service and nice breakfast. Worth upgrading to a better room! Was quiet on third floor!

We spent three nights in this hotel as part of a private party on a cultural weekend in he city. The hotel is centrally located and most of the city sights are an easy walk away. The room was clean, well decorated and had all the resources we needed (including good WiFi). The staff wreak friendly and helpful. The restaurant food needs a special mention as it was excellent for the one evening we ate in. They also have an excellent local beer on tap at the bar though fear I cannot remember the name. Only downside was we were on the first floor and immediately over the party suite on the ground floor and you could hear the party in our room. I also have to report it did not stop me getting of to sleep (perhaps the effect of the excellent beer?) so only marked the hotel down one notch.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Glasgow City Centre Theatreland as part of our Scottish summer vacation. The rooms are small but well appointed with everything you would need. I really enjoyed the restaurant/bar area. After a fun packed day exploring Glasgow it was good to get back to the hotel and enjoy a beer in the comfort of the stylish bar. I would recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to be close to the action. The rooms are well isolated so no need to worry about the city outside.

Great hotel. Conveniently located in city centre opposite car park. Close to restaurants and shops. Nice comfortable rooms. Good breakfasts.Great service from Stuart in the bar. Hotel easy to book at great rates using the IHG App.

Stayed here on a business trip for a couple of nights. The rooms are comfortable and clean and fairly modern. The breakfast has a good choice and the resaurant looked fairly busy at night although I didn't personally have dinner in. Very handy for shops and restaurant's and the cinema and theatre if required. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
