The location couldn’t be better. A 2 min walk from the bus station and just a few mins and you are in the centre . Clean room and the bed is very comfy. I slept like a baby. The prices are reasonable and well worth it . You get coffee, hot chocolate, soap and all the amenities you need. Would stay again

Booked through Hotel Connexions for one night Dine and Wine special. E mailed hotel to request twin on high floor and this was given. Reception staff and housekeeping extremely courteous and friendly. Rooms not large but spotless as was the bathroom. Really comfortable beds and no noise whatsoever despite being City Centre. Had fixed two course menu in La Bonne Auberge and glass of wine as part of the deal. Could not fault any of it. Breakfast next morning hot and tasty.

We stayed for 2 nights as we had tickets to see a show at BBC Scotland. Claire called me before we set off from Lancaster, as she noticed my husband is disabled, she offered to change our room to one that was wheelchair accessible. The staff on reception were absolutely brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty basic but very hot and the kitchen staff were constantly replenishing the chafing dishes. We will stay again and thoroughly recommend it.

This is not the one-in-a-dozen city hotels, this one has character. Rooms have proper wooden doors, the beds are fine, the pillows caress you, The hotel is situated in the middle of the Glasgow theatre/cinema area in a building that itself has traces of art deco. The lounge and breakfast area, that are at the same time 'La Bonne Auberge Brasserie' are always lively and full of guests enjoying the comfort and pleasure of a city hotel that does not push its 'brand' on you. This one is special by making you feel an inhabitant of Glasgow rater than a thrill seeking traveler. Needless to say that the hotel is only 150 meter away from Buchanan Station (buses, metro), and extremely close to any food-opportunity you might be looking for. Friendly and helpful staff and every day new honey cookies top it off!

Stayed here for two nights. Small but good room (two people might struggle with space). Nice bed, good shower & I slept well (ask for a quiet room). Staff well drilled & attentive. Breakfast is excellent with thoroughly cooked wide selection of Scottish good stuff. Short walk from railway stations & right in centre. Easy to recommend & definitely would stay again. High praise from a fussy traveller!

It has been quite a few years since my wife and I have stayed here but we booked late for a Saturday night so we thought we would give it a try and were not disappointed. There is a car park across the road so very handy for somewhere to park the car. We were upgraded to an executive room which although small had clearly recently been upgraded and was a really lovely room. The hotel has a nice bar area to sit and have a drink. We also had breakfast which is the standard buffet option but we really could not fault it. The hotel is situated very close to all the shops and hot spots in Glasgow so a great place to base yourself. We found this hotel to be excellent value for money and would recommend.

The hotel staff were helpful, friendly and very professional. The room was very well presented and extremely comfortable. The food was well presented and the quality was truly excellent. The hotel is in a good central position and we will certainly use the hotel again.

I arrived very early and didn’t expect my room until the due time. The staff were fantastic and I used the lounge to work and enjoyed the facilities. The staff managed to upgrade me to the Art Suite and get me into the room two hours earlier than they should, very clean rooms, fast internet and great staff.

Very centrally-located, almost across the street from city centre locations such as Buchanan Street and the Royal Concert Hall. Multi-storey car park also across the street, with decent-value half-price parking charges for hotel guests who get their tickets stamped by Reception upon departure. Had a pleasant, clearly newly refurbished room, but rather unusually a standard double sized bed, doubtless because the rooms here are generally fairly compact in area. Didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant except for (buffet) breakfast, which was of generally very good standard, except for finding only scrambled eggs on offer. Overall, very well pleased with our stay.

Lovely comfortable room, breakfast was excellent - quality produce was evident. Staff extremely helpful particularly reception team and the night manager, all the staff were very welcoming and the hotel was sparklingly clean! Definitely on my favourite list and when next in Glasgow I will be booking again!
