The hotel is easy to find and access. The staff was very friendly and the lobby had a good atmosphere. The restaurant has good food. My main complaint is the room smelled like someone had smoked in it for years; stale cigarette smoke was all too present. It didn't bother me, but if you don't want to hear any noise from the lobby or downstairs activities, then get a room far away from them.

Only complaints was only one of the elevator were working...with 7 floor of hotel rooms meant long waits for elevator to get to your room.

Overall pretty lousy. The room was nonsmoking and smelled like smoke. Overall, outdated and pretty bad. Chain smokers lined the outside of the building. Would not recommend

We usually stay at the Days Inn and will continue to do so. This place was OK but Days Inn doesn't cost as much. We paid for the room online but were still charged at the inn. The charge on the credit card was taken care of immediately. The air conditioner was very noisy-not a white noise to lull someone to sleep. Also, too bad there isn't complimentary coffee available without having to go into the restaurant.

The Hotel's first impression was very good, until we got to the room. The cleanliness of the room was not good at all. The carpet definitely had some miles on it. None of us wanted to touch it with our bare feet. The room layout was poor with furniture just thrown in to be there, with scratches along the walls everywhere that the furniture had previously been. We were given 3 bath towels and called the front desk for one more. After 3 calls and a couple hours of waiting towels had finally made it to the room(on the last call we suggested taking them from a vacant room). This hotel has some miles on it and is begging for refurbishing!

It was not pleasant would not stay again just like this questionaire it taking up my time you need to be lees worried about reviews and just take care of the customer

This was by far the best place to stay! Everything was amazing. From the staff to the comfort of the rooms! Will be visiting again!

Good solid choice for business. Clean, reasonably priced, and the business center, while limited, was completely adequate and saved me running to Kinko's. I'd stay there again.

Let me start this off by saying that this hotel is NOT located where the address says it is. I don't know if they consider the stoplight as the address on 10th Ave S like it says it is, or what, but the hotel is actually located a bit further south. Fortunately it's easy to get to as there is a stoplight to access 10th Ave S and it's easily visable from 10th Ave. Entering the hotel you're greeted with a massively water display. Quite pleasant. We were checked in very quickly, with no hassle at all. Our room was up on the 6th floor. The room was clean and relaxing, with a niew looking West. The only drawback was that the ice maker on the 6th floor was not working. The hotel was quite busy, but once you got to your room, it didn't feel busy. It was very relaxing after a long day of travel. The price of the room was a bit high, but it was quite worth it for a nice, relaxing stay that really helped rejuvinate the body for another day of travel. The room was cool when we entered, but the A/C was easy to work and we soon had it at a very comfortable temperature. I would certainly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay at it again in the future.

What a great place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the people were nice. The weather was awful, so many kids in the pool, and it was kept supplied with towels and clean. The only problem we had was in the restaurant, had to wait forever, but the food was good when we got it and we were compensated for the wait. I would recommend it to anyone.

The in room INTERNET services was very fast with a CAT 5 cable connection. I was able to work on line with very little delays to my office main frame. The room was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. In room coffee was not great. Also, the pool is on the second floor where I stayed and it was still a bit loud from the guests until just after 10PM. But, if you have children, it would be a fun pool to use as it has a large water slide.

The beds were very comfortable and it was nice and quite at night!!!!! I would stay there again for sure!!

I was visiting family. The location is good, but the parking is very limited.

We held an dinner event for 47 people and had it catered by their in-house chef. The food was very good! We also lodged at the hotel. My family had 2 adjoining rooms (family suite). The room and the bathroom was very odd in its layout but it worked fine for us. We were also clearly in the "remodeling" wing straight across from the noisy pool. I guess we're not the fussy types and didn't let the mess and noise bother us.

Any stay will be much more enjoyable upon the completion of interior renovation now in progress.

This was a great place to stay, very close to everything we wanted to do. Lobby had great cookies and it was nicely decorated for Halloween. The rooms were comfortable for the 4 of us and the staff were very helpful & friendly. The Portage Restaurant had great food and we were sorry we didn't eat there sooner. We had dinner on our final night in Montana and the food & service was excellent & we will stay there again.

We had a great experience at the Hotel during our stay for 3 nights. Yummy cookies greeted us in the Lobby and the Hotel staff from the check in to the housekeeping were GREAT. The room was comfortable, especially the beds. We were sorry we waited until the last night to eat dinner in the Portage Restaurant. The food was excellent and we will be back. Can't say enough about this Holiday Inn.

no continental breakfast no exhaust fan in bath door key did not work hardly at all compared to cheaper hotels it did not make the grade had a lot better at a lot lower rates.

Nice place to stay, needs some updating which is apparently in process. Right on our travel route. Close to river trail system.

They suggested the room we needed which was a great cost savings for the business, location was great, the staff was attentive and helpful, the rooms were clean and bed was cozy. Having WiFi available was a big plus. We would definately stay there again and recommend it to others.
