I noticed many of the guests checking in over our stay were "repeats". And I can see why--the hotel is VERY handy to that part of Great Falls. It is clean, the breakfast is nice with omelets to heat in the microwave and make-your-own waffles. The people at the desk are nice. It has all the amenities in the room---refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, flat screen TV, WIFI with password. Nothing is over the top brand new---but nothing is substandard either. I especially like that there is NOT a window unit--the heat/AC came out of a vent near the ceiling and was controlled by a thermostat. A very nice clean room that is very functional in a great location, especially if you need to stay on the other side of the river. I would definitely stay in the same place again.

Your basic hotel with comfy beds (nice and firm) and squishy pillows!!! Staff was helpful and even checked to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our short stay and enjoyed breakfast in the morning.

The desk staff was very nice but handled things slowly. The rooms were average but clean. When they say "pet policy" they actually mean "dogs," so be aware of that if you are traveling with cats. There isn't much within walking distance as far as food is concerned.

Clean comfortable rooms, plenty of restaurant's grocery and shopping near by. Very nice staff very pleasant stay

Not much to this hotel but the staff are awesome it is clean and a good breakfast my second stay and it is exactly the same as the last

Good price, near everything, no noises, clean and good breakfast.

Everything was fine I liked it foe the breakfast they start it at 5:00 we had to be on the road by 6:00

This is an older hotel but the room was clean and very adequate for a one night stay on our trip home. Our dog was welcomed and they only charge a $5 fee.

My first question to the staff was if this build had been recently renovated. It looked in great shape. Rooms were clean and they put on a great breakfast.

The hotel was conveniently located, and easy to find. The amenities were basic, but good. I had an issue with my key card to my room, which was taken care of immediately. The free breakfast was fair. No pool, but did have a small fitness area. The best thing about this hotel was its convenience.

We paid $70 for our night in Great Falls, and we expected about what we paid for. But it surpassed all expectations! The decor is contemporary, the room was spotless, and the staff was SO friendly! This may sound strange but it smelled fresh too...many times "budget" hotels seem to be musty and unpleasant smelling. We got it after midnight to break up a trip to Havre, so it was nice to get to a comfortable place to rest. We were also pleasantly surprised by the deluxe FREE breakfast the next morning. And this is saying a lot from me...a self-proclaimed food snob. It wasn't your typical hotel breakfast. I had a hot bowl of oatmeal with granola, raisins, & peanut butter mixed in. There is a variety of mix-ins available. There is also a Belgian waffle maker, regular cereal, fresh apples, and a toaster with a variety of local Wheat Montana breads. A hearty breakfast was nice since we had an active day at a cattle branding ahead of us!

A sorta shady area of town. The place was just OK. Breakfast was average.

Staff was wonderful, friendly. Continental breakfast space is small but it serves the purpose and the breakfast is good. Location is very convenient. Motel is quite and comfortable. Plan on staying there in February also.

The room is clean with a good price. Location is good.

Our stay was nice. The desk clerk that checked us in was helpful with questions we had about the hotel and city. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good too. We will stay again!

Great spot to stay and it was clean and a good location

Reserved a room with refrigerator and microwave. After getting settled in the room, discovered that neither one was in the room. Called the front desk & found out that they don't have any rooms with those amenities & didn't know how a reservation could be made with that choice. Offered to bring a refrigerator down to the room. We chose not to bother, since the microwave was not available. Asked for a wake-up call, but never got it. When we inquired, found out that the morning clerk wasn't sure which time the night clerk meant, so they cancelled it!!!

My daughter, with whom I was traveling, is a severe Asthmatic, and owing to this, I had specified a non-smoking room. On arrival, there were none available - they had all been alloted to other patrons. Our room smelled very bad and this odour affected her in a very nagative fashion, constantly having to use her rescue inhaler. This is unacceptable!!! [...]

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accomidating. I had two day of restfull sleep in a very comfortable bed.

My experience with this hotel started off bad from the start...we got lost called the hotel for directions told them the area we were in and were told I don't know where you are or how to tell you to get here. Luckily we found the hotel regardless of the lack of help of the staff and once there were told that our reservation didn't state that we had pets and the only pet rooms available were smoking when we had requested non smoking. [...]Secondly, since we were stuck in a smoking room on the first floor we had no rest because of the loud neighbors above us....bad experience I will return to my normal travel sites ....because I just wasted 69.00 on a smoking room when I reserved a non-smoking room!!!!!!!!!!!!!
