There were people openly smoking marijuana in the hallways. The staff was swearing at guests. The rooms were filthy.
we checked in 2 hours before a wedding, showered up got ready and after we left for the wedding realized our room clock was 20 minutes slow, we were the last guests to be seated for the ceremony.
The room was clean, carpet a little stained. First room had bad smoke smell but they moved me with no issues. Rest of hotel a little run down so it did not look real clean. Breakfast was not fancy but area was clean and had the basics, bagels, cereal, package oatmeal, milk and oj. In the end is was safe, clean enough, sheets, towels, ect. were all good. Some people gave it bad ratings, I think because it was a little run down, but that is why you are not paying the price of a Hampton or Holiday Inn.
Worst Hotel I have ever seen in my Life. .. .
When I had questions staff was immediate to help! Was just what I needed, a clean inexpensive place.
I don't consider my self a picky traveler and usually factor in the cost when looking at the overall experience of a motel. That said--this was NOT a cheap motel BUT the bathroom would not close all the way. There were 2 small bath towels. No small frig. and the security lock did not work!!That is a little disconserting when traveling alone--or anytime.! To top it all off--at 12:15 AM some one ran down the corridor causing so much vibration-I woke up instantly thinking someone was in the room. Not a good experience.!!
Was run down and dirty, both the rooms and the common areas. The room service didn't come every day either... Also the pool was shut down by the health department minths agi for water quality. Overall great choice for a cheap stay alone but not good for when you have family with you...
We booked ahead of time with your service, so couldn't back out when we saw it or get our money back. The room needed a thorough cleaning, was afraid to take my shoes off. The pool & hot tub that was advertised on the website was condemned with a notice on the door. We only paid $65, but that was way too much for what we got. Donuts & coffee with powdered cream.................NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE
Certainly not a 5 star hotel, but for money it's a great place to put your head down for the night. I use this hotel every year for snowmobiling trips. Great location right next to the trail!! The staff is very friendly. Check it out.
Not worth the stay. Staff was horrible, had no clue, room was ehh so so, hotel security (locked entrance doors) didnt work. Had a condemned building on the premises which was unsightly.
Was ok. No working phone in room. I think they were remodeling.
I was a late check-in so the staff was delayed in responding. She was friendly. The place is being remodeled and current updates are impressive. Continental breakfast was lacking, but available.
Everything fine except no coffee maker. But I love this place, nice and clean.
Wasn't all that clean. The second building was condemned, all the pictures were off the walls in the rooms and was stacked in the hall way, the security door in the back didn't lock. My room key didnt work and the attendant said that the electronic door lock on my door needed to be programmed by maintenance. So really couldnt leave the room unless I had someone come open it for me. I wouldnt recommend, wasnt worth the cost.
This hotel was right off of the freeway which was perfect Hotel is going through a nice transitionn
Good value. Staff were nice and efficient. They were to the point and got me what I needed quickly. Breakfast bar is sparse but for the low price I figured it was fair.
When I got there the whole room was dirty, hair in the sheets, soap scrum in the Jacuzzi tub, floors not vacuumed. To top it off the pool was out of order and I had no notice, website still listed pool as an amenity. Continental breakfast was supposed to be from 7-9 the second day I was there I was down by 8:00 and they were out of everything except cereal. Would not recommend this place at all only good thing Ihave to say was the staff was really nice.
Staff was great, rate was awesome been going there last two years perfect.
I was expecting there to be an open pool. It was under construction and closed. Wish this had been told to me ahead of time. The kids were very disappointed......
I made reservations on my phone for a spacious suite with a jacuzzi tub and when I got to the hotel they couldn't find my reservation and I ended up with a room with two queen beds and no jacuzzi tub. I asked the receptionist at the desk about our room and he said he had a walk in and didn't see my reservation and gave our room to someone else.
