A true focal point of Nottinghamshire is the brilliant backyard featuring a pool, hot tub, gas grill, and basketball court. Your days spent under the Cali sunshine can be spent splashing in the turquoise water, engaging in some playful competition over a game of corn hole, or preparing a delicious cookout with the help of the grill.

Inside, the living quarters are updated, plush, and stocked full of modern amenities. The spacious living room boasts an oversized sofa, a gas fireplace, and a large Smart TV. Steps from here, the gourmet kitchen will delight any chef with its granite countertops, expansive center island, and high-end appliances. The in-kitchen dining table overlooks a second Smart TV, but when you aren't dining here, there are multiple other dining options both inside and outside.

Off the living room, you'll find the sprawling primary bedroom, complete with a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. Indulge in yourself as you sink into the bubbling warmth of the clawfoot tub or rinse off in the impressive walk-in shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
