My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Dom at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved the Java store for our late night hot drinks. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Would definitely recommend!

This was our first stay at the Hilton DFW Lakes property. Our room was spacious and very clean. The hotel grounds are lovely. We will definitely be back!
Shuttle service is NOT offered 24/7 as advertised. I called for a shuttle TWICE upon arriving at DFW airport and TWICE I was told the shuttle would be there within 30 minutes. After waiting for 75 minutes I gave up and called a Lyft. When I complained to the front desk staff they clarified that the shuttle only ran until about 10pm and that they haven’t run 24/7 shuttle service since before the pandemic. Then they also informed us there was no room service. Absolutely infuriating! The room itself was clean, but underwhelming and cramped. I did not care for the pillows or linens (too papery and scratchy). I will choose elsewhere next time.
All was great except the noise. You can hear people in the rooms next door and in the hallway as if the walls were made of paper. That was our only complaint.

I brought my 2 granddaughters for a "girls weekend". they LOVED the pool and the rooms were nice and big for us to be able to be comfortable and play games.
This was my first visit to Dallas the hotel the people were very polite and help me out in every way possible when I go back home I will tell everybody what a nice time I had and I was so pleased with the hotel

I had a very noisy neighbor and reported it . They told me to call or tell them if it happened again . But didn’t seem to care . Young kid working . It was a baby calling all night and a couple arguing. Not impressed with the customer service
