This is a nice hotel with a pool. Breakfast included. The beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. The pool and hot tub were clean & warm. Price was right if you call and book on your own. Overall this was a good place to stay.

Always a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend. Close to restaurants and a Wal mart. Good breakfast and nice big tcs.

Looks to be a former Country Inn & Suites. Needs painted, cleaned and some pride shown in the place. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is great with dining nearby. Easy to get to.

We requested a NON smoking room, but when we checked in, there were none available. They give all direct bookings first choice. They were very accommodating, they did put an ionizer in the room for about an hour and it helped out a great deal. Also, there was an adjustment (-$20) to our final bill, the staff was very nice. We would stay there again.

Nice hotel...seems like they have an awful lot of smokin roms though

Very nice place to stay in Montevideo!! Room was great, complimentary breakfast was exceptional!

My husband's an auctioneer and we needed a good nights rest before the big sale and this was perfect.........only I like pillows a little softer!

Only stayed one night. Hallway noisey. The hot tub motor was broken so no jetted bubbles to relax with. They said it was warm, but I don't think it was warm enough. The lobby was a nice background for prom pictures. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Quiet, peaceful location.

Was given a s,oking room when a non-smoking was requested.

we go up goose hunting every year and usually stat in a motel. this year my three yeah old niece went with us so i wanted her to have a pool to go swimming. so i paid an extra $150 for a hotel with a pool so she could swim. the first night the pool temp was great. the second and third night i had a very sad three year old little girl cause she was not able to go swimming cause the pool water was freezing cold. even too cold for my dad or myself to stand it. i was very disappointed with spending an extra $150 for a pool for her and she couldnt even swim. before i book a room next year i am going to call and have some type of guarantee the the pool will be at the temp it is suppose to be at for our whole trip.

great customer service second to none. reaaly nice room very comfortable and warm

The hotel was great except I was the first room by the entry way and off and on throughout the day and night I would hear something that sounded like a generator that was really loud and wouldnt shut off.

Air conditioning did not work. Manager on duty told me I was doing it all wrong. Then manager on duty set it herself but it was no use. The only reason I didn't force a change of room was my child wanted the poolside room and it was cool enough to open windows. Shouldn't have to deal with that nor the negative remarks of the workers. Found string on the floor behind one of the chairs. Must have just vacuumed around movable items rather than move them. Breakfast was good and pool was good.

Very nice room, great Hot breakfast, free internet

Hotel was great. No complaints there .The breakfasts were really good with a nice assortment . Staff was friendly and accommodating, nice quiet stay and hotel was full while we were there. Very nice place and easy to get to and close to eating places. Had a nice restful stay !

They had a nice breakfast area and were very quick about restocking food items that were low. The pool is nice for the kids, but be sure to bring the goggles, as the chlorine is pretty high. The hot tube was big enough to really enjoy, but again the vapors were kinda bad. The Queen beds were very nice as was the large TV screen in the room. My only complaint about the room might be the pillows were too soft, but I should have asked to get different ones. There were plenty in the room for all 5 of use who stayed.

The room was very clean, the lobby area was beautiful, the pool area was nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very easy to locate. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the beds were pretty comfortable. They also had very nice flat-screen, LCD TV's in the rooms. Also had free wireless internet access, although we didn't use it because we forgot our laptop at home. The breakfast buffet left much to be desired. Also, the pool was supposed to be heated but it was pretty chilly. The whirlpool was nice, however. This is probably the nicest hotel in Montevideo. I would recommend it to others.
