The room was nasty stains on the bed rooms need to be up dated. Walls and sealing had water stains. Over all will never stay again. Wish i could have got my money back

This property was grosss and our room has stained blankets and the room smelled like cigarettes. No refun as of yet on money. We left

I was charged for a king room but got two double beds. The bedding had burn holes and looked like someone just got out of it . Walls very thin could hear neighbors and people walking the halls.

This is the second time we stayed at this location very convenient for what we have to do in Grand Rapids and everything is just the way we like it

Disappointing. No coffee maker in room. No shampoo. Tried calling the desk for password to Wifi and no answer. The door key didn't work. I would not recommend this motel.

Hotel staff was not friendly. The room was dirty. Very small TV. Only offered coffee. Noises all night even the pipes were loud. Must call the morning of to see if a late check-out is available. Folks hanging out in parking creates a unsafe feeling for me.Found some bugs in room walking across my drink so it was thrown in trash therefore I didn't sleep well.

Receptionist was excellent very professional. Friendly.

On a short vacation, I wanted a basic room, not an expensive one. Motel 6 has been my usual choice. Large, comfortable room, TV channel choices limited, but adequate.

The price was good. The hotel allows pets. My room smelled like a cat litter Box. That ruined my stay.

I only stayed a couple of hours, was planning on being there a week. But my time there was not bad!

The room was affordable and there wasn't a thing wrong with the place that I could tell. The lady working swing shift was very nice, and knowledgeable about the restaurants and bars nearby. The lady working graveyard was an absolutely ignorant and lazy!!! I had to ask for another room key, and she acted as if I was ruining her life, beings she was so excessively busy at 1am!! One worthless employee! Other than that, I would certainly recommend this place for the price!

I paid $75 for 2 full size beds per night for two nights. I try to keep my expectations of a budget hotel reasonable, but this room was definately on the lower end of reasonable. Because it is near an airport and I booked in August (a busy time for weddings and colleges are starting a new semester) I understand it may be a tad over priced. Here are my ultimate judgement. 1. There are several reviews complaining about less than perfect customer service and small, 'scratchy' towels: Please. You are staying at a Motel 6 and the employees are probably not paid much more than minimum wage. During my stay, nobody was over the top accommodating, but nobody was rude, either. All of my immediate needs and questions were satisfied. 2. I don't mind dated furniture or bedding, but the TV was an old school box style. I have stayed in several similarly priced rooms and they all had up to date televisions and WIFI. For some, an older TV and no WIFI isn't a big deal, but for some, it is important. 3. The room lacked a mini fridge and coffee maker. Further, the coffee machine in the lobby was 'broken'. I even brought some instant coffee and was unable to find water hot enough to use it. If you are a big coffee drinker, this is very important. Have a back up plan for coffee and consider bringing a cooler (ice machine seemed to work). 4. Our room lacked an ironing board. This is important for some people. Plan accordingly.

Would never stay again. Parties went on until 5 am load rooms and uncomfortable beds

Disgusting, filthy and I'll never go back again. Only good thing was the restaurant next door. Never again. Holiday inn express for the next one

As soon as I open the door to the room the smell of smoke was dominant. Even though there was a sticker on the door that said no smoking the room was filled with the smell of smoke.

Hotel room was a bit run down, but the staff was friendly. Bed was a torture rack.
