The place was dirty and falling apart. I stayed at other Homewood Suites and they were beautiful. This was a dump for the money.

Property was under construction. My gym on prem, no pool, and a covid influenced breakfast- disappointing.

It was decent but ceiling fan was very dusty over all lobby and surrounding areas where alot cleaner

They do need to let people know ahead of time that the pool is closed and a hot breakfast is not available at this time due to Covid-19. I had an extra charge that will fall off that i was not planning on because I booked a suite. Other than this the hotel staff was super nice and the room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

I didn't like anything about it I left and check out with in two hours of being there. I would like a refund.

We love the set up of the room! It's very homey and relaxing.

This hotel is wonderfully cleaned and staffed with large rooms.The surrounding area is busy and blows but the price is the best for grand rapids stays, despite being a way from downtown there is alot of shopping options.

Orbitz should not offer rooms with fireplaces at this hotel, because the hotel does not offer them.

A little pricey. But def worth it. Breakfast could be better. I did find it weird the maintenance guy knocking at our door 5 min after I check in. So blizzare. Kind of creeped me out a little.

Suites a little small with a large family of teenagers. But clean, staff was excellent!!!

I stayed a week, and having a kitchen was invaluable. Traveling is rough on the diet, and this type of facility is a good solution.

We had a very nice experience here. We felt at home. The staff and service was superior Great place to stay. We will come back here again.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was tasty. I loved all the extra space in the suite.
