Clean comfortable room, courteous staff, quiet environment, and good complementary breakfast appreciated

The hotel was on the lower end of the hotel chain, over all.

Things were clean. Nice breakfast. Would stay again.

The hotel was like inside this enclave next to the highway, so it wasn't incredibly incredibly easy in going to it, but it was a very nice hotel, quiet, great staff (we were upgraded for free to a better room), things to eat downstairs, and seemed like a respectable establishment. Definitely solid place to stay.

Great place to stay in Grand Rapids. Hopefully the crater-sized potholes in the parking lot and driveway will be fixed soon.

We really enjoyed ourselves, and the hotel was very good, at a gopd price. Great breakfast, comfortable, clean room. what more could you ask for? A bit hard to find, especially during the construction on 28th St.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, as I had an early morning flight out of Grand Rapids and it was a short drive. I would caution about the construction (as of 7/2/13) on 28th - expect delays during the day - one lane and signs are down.

Nice hotel for the price, close to the highway and grocery.

Supposed to stay at but because of the airline, was delay and never got to grand rapids to stay at. Asked to refund the money but never. Please don't stay at this hotel.

The staff were very friendly. It was very clean and comfortable.

It is located right by 96, east to get to although it is set back and not easlily spotted. The only thing I would change is there chairs in the room. They were like kitchen chairs and not comfortable to relax in. As a senior and with leg problems it is not easy to set on a bed to read or watch TV. Everything else including there breakfast and their hospitalty was great. We were there for a funeral so we did not do much around town

Loved the fireplace and holiday decorations. The warm eggs, sausage, and other items were a nice surprice on a cold rainy morning. The King beds were very comfortable. The staff had a smile for us as we walked in the door, after a long flight. We would stay again.. It is next to the Meijers and hard to locate from the road...But, worth it.

The two things I look for is a good hotel accommodation are cleanliness and bed comfort. This hotel was a five star in each of these categories. The only reason for a less than total five star rating is that the hotel is beginning to get a little rough around the edges as it heads toward it's next, probably first, redecoration.

Good location for airport access. Can easily walk to shopping center and good restraunts. Excellent front desk, very good breakfast. clean room, very good pool and excercise facilities.

We enjoyed the stay so much we booked the same hotel for the end of our trip--Oct 8th and 9th

Clean and cozy hotel the fire place in the lobby is a homey touch. It was very nice to have a book to choose also. Loved the homebaked cookies, nice bonus. Would stay here again.

Before this stay I had never even heard of Country Inn. I was pleasantly surprised to find a cozy and clean experience awaited my family. My favorite was finding out they served a warm breakfast unlike most hotels that have the traditional continental breakfast. I NEED my eggs so I was completely thrilled. I only wish there were more of these around.

Everyone one was friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and up to date. The beds were wonderful, but the pillows too soft.

Hard to get to (behind Meijers) and the shower curtain rod was falling out of the well.  The beds were comfy and the room was clean and had a microwave and a safe.

Nice place for the money. Have spent more and gotten less. Clean pool and hot tub. Waffles and Strawberry sauce were a nice touch for breakfast. This place is NOT where it says it is, it is tucked behind Meijers and hard to spot from the road. Again, it is a good value.
