Our third room seemed nice. The first two had not been cleaned. The first had subtle signs of not been cleaned. The second room had a messy bed, paper plates under the TV stand. It hadn't been cleaned at all. The third room was an upgrade to the jacuzzi tub room on the first floor. The room seemed fine except for the unsightly moisture damage to the ceiling and mildew in the caulking. Overall it was better than sleeping in the car, but with other options, we did regret this choice.

Room wasn’t serviced 2 out of 3 days, one day due to snow and weather, understandably but the second day was annoying, there’s a reason you pay to stay, kick up your game.

The room was dirty and had a bug in it. It looks like they might have been trying to do some construction downstairs. And we woke up to the manager kicking four rooms out for what I think was a burst pipe since the hallway was flooded too.

It was okay. Staff was friendly. Smelled like marijuana in the lobby. There were box elder bugs in my room and when I called the front desk she kind of blew me off.

Coffee was great bed was comfy and overall and great place too stay and the breakfast was the bomb!!

My complaints are numerous and varied: door lock failed; smoke smelly room; A/C malfunctioned; room not cleaned; staff -twice- entered room unannounced! It was just unbelievable. Worst experience I've ever had.

Bed was comfy, overall clean, very dated though. The back door to the hotel which should have been accessible via room key, was broken. Not a lot of amenities if that's what you need. We just needed a good nights sleep and a hot shower, so we can't complain.

Everything is good as it was rated. One thing is should have is acess way. It had only 1 access hallway for the whole motel. Same breakfast everyday.

Stayed for a couple of days, was warmly greeted on arrival, had a quiet room, and no hall noise during sleep hours. Easy road access for our visit to other areas. Staff always available & very helpful

I was tired when flight landed at 145 am. My arrival to hotel was great experience. .. cheerful...room away from others. Fast check in. Clean room and welcoming features.

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and current, but bed was not as comfortable as other places we've stayed. Free breakfast was good, could use more seating in dinning area so go early!!

My biggest disappointment with this reservation is that when i arrived rhey had overbooked my room type. While they did bump me up to another room type it wasn't what i wanted or needed for my family situation. Hotel staff was very curteous but perpetually understaffed. Breakfast items slow to be refilled. Extremely noisy room above ours. Over all not the greatest stay.

It was very good if I come back to Grand Rapids I like to stay in the same place

Stayed the weekend for a basketball tournament and the hotel was located in middle of several different playing sights. Room was comfortable and clean with a great shower. The Internet connection was poor while we were there and finally gave up using it. Hotel provided basic morning breakfast which was sufficient but nothing special. Overall the hotel provide a Great place to sleep and prepare for next day.

mmm... okay hotel

It was okay. Staff was friendly. Smelled like marijuana in the lobby. There were box elder bugs in my room and when I called the front desk she kind of blew me off.
