The property was very nice with good amenities, however the highway was very loud and there was some noise from other guests. my main complaint is that I was over charged even after I complained and the bill was "adjusted"

The bathroom floor was a little dirty and the doors to my rooms didn’t lock. But overall it was an excellent experience. Staff was friendly and the rooms were great and well equipped.
I check in room good but the room I got had TV Not work and phone not working??

Been here for several weeks; renovations are on-going, elevator keeps breaking down; this is not a new building, but it is finally in better condition than it was, and the management has recently changed the name of this Motel and may soon offer the average quality small breakfast that they have been advertising forever. And they have now raised the room rental rate! If I keep staying here I now get to pay an extra $30 to $40 per night, depending upon which night of the week it is. Best management people in the world, though.
Property is still being renovated, so there is no breakfast offered and there is a lot of construction going on; GREAT staff, helpful as possible. I have been living here on a business trip for the last three weeks, happy with the staff and cleanliness and size of room. I will stay another 3 weeks, I believe. Thank You. Property was immaculate. Staff was very polite . I was traveling with my baby and the environment was clean enough for a baby and spacious.
Under renovation otherwise clean, new a little noise. However close to a lot of shopping stores, restaurants, fast food and close to several major highways.
The hotel is definitely in the midst of a remodel but i still would have thought that there would be more service provided. Hardly saw anyone except for housekeeping & the workers busy with the remodel.
