This guesthouse is a gem on the Gunflint trail. It is about 20 minuets from town. Very quite and cozy. The place is surrounded by woods, you will see lot's of birds and even a Moose!! Barbara and Tom were great to talk to, I learned a lot about the history and the area of the Gunflint trail. We are all ready trying to find a time to go back.
It is in an EXTREMELY remote area off in the woods. Very quiet. Nicely furnished. Pleasant staff. Delicious breakfast. Mosquitos outside but none inside.

Thank you for your review. So glad that you found Poplar Creek quiet. With all the rain we had earlier, mosquitos arrive. But dragon flys are here now and taking care of the pesky insects. Hooray!!
