Only stayed one night travelling west. Staff was fine, check in and out was quick. This is a very basic place and that was all I wanted so that was fine for me. My only complaint was the noise level from traffic in the early AM. Good Supermarket right across the street, plenty of fast food if that is what you desire. Gas station next door. It is not right off 70 so you have to follow the 70 Loop and you go right to it.

Basic room but clean. Good night stay for a decent price.

Spur of the moment trip, booked on line, room was clean, comfortable and close to downtown area.

Pets are allowed in some rooms, which was great for us. Easy access to highway. Staff was available and courteous. Basic, clean accommodations. Fitting for our needs

Proximity to downtown is the only good thing about this place. Should have fixed the many cosmetic /safety issues than buy a cheap flat screen TV for the rooms.

Good value for the price don't expect much. You'll be able to hear people talking in the next room hopefully they are quiet. The breakfast is very basic but adequate.

The front desk was extra helpful. Nice value for the money.

The room was very nice. We had 2 beds so the room was bigger. It was clean & there were rolls & juice in am we could heat them in the microwave. The desk guy was very friendly. I don't know how anyone can complain with the price being so low.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights this week and have stayed here in the past. The room was clean and we like the location near Main St and across the street from City Market. Wi-Fi connection is good and free.Price for the room is very reasonable. Downsides are sometimes needing to request maid service, worn room fixtures and carpets, a slow hot water heater, and breakfast not being available until 7 am. We will continue to use this motel as it meets our needs.

The inn was near Main Street which was the best part. The staff was nice specially the front desk. Wish the breakfast started at 6am though.

We stayed for 5 nights in Oct. This motel is old school and a bit worn at the edges (carpet needs to be replaced, water heats up very slowly, chips in sinks), but it met our needs in terms of location and price. Our room was large and had a microwave and refrig. Plenty of parking and good road access. Walking distance to old downtown and restaurants. Continental breakfast was very basic: oatmeal and cold cereal, sweet rolls, sometimes bananas and apples. OJ and coffee. Fruit each day would be nice. Housekeeper did not come for some reason and we had to go to the office for emptying trash and getting fresh towels. Road noise starts up in the AM and is probably heard the same in all rooms. We will probably stay again because it suits our purposes and is very well priced.

Nothing fancy, just as I expected it to be. Room was clean, Wi-Fi working. Breakfast - symbolic. Location is great: short walk to Main street attractions, bust stops across the street, major supermarket as well

good for a night. Just a few blocks from downtown shopping and food.

We stayed here on our way to Utah. The room was clean, but had off kilter infrastructure. The piping for the shower was exposed, and the wiring for the room was very strange. The hotel has a pool, and every room has a refrigerator, microwave, table, chairs, television, and two queen beds. It was a decent hotel, but not worth more than about $40/night. Very convenient location to downtown Grand Junction.

We were on our way to Denver from lax and needed to stop.....Good value and great location..... K

Room was clean and comfortable, shower water flow was poor, TV channel choices were good, continental breakfast did not start until 7 am. I need to be to work by then. I would really appreciate a 6 am cup of coffee or juice.

The hotel was average...nothing sprcial. The room was clean, but the staff initially sent me to a room that was occupied.

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE LOCATION WAS GREAT FOR MY PURPOSE.

Good for a low end hotel. Had a microwave and refrigerator in a low priced room. Easy in/out and good parking.

it was the most disgusting place i have ever stayed at. there a woman screaming and men fighting and one man was running around naked! the place was dirty and needed painted. i will never stay there again and the room rent was to high!!!!!
