Wanted to stay here, and I booked online. We called around 8pm to let the receptionist, Jessica, know we'd be checking in late; she let us know that wouldn't be a problem. When we arrived we were given our keys...only to find our room occupied. The receptionist told us that she had no idea what happened, they had no other non-smoking rooms, and that we could ask a manager for a refund (but that they weren't there). I was charged. I will be disputing those charges.

Great breakfast!!! Room smelled nice and clean. Greeted with smiles.

Place was more run down than expected. Beds not very comfortable. Desk staff was very friendly.

The furnishings were nice, especially for the budget price. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was pleased with the quality and service. The employee in charge of the continental breakfast was very courteous and I felt like she went above and beyond her required duties helping my family get seated and eat as if she were a waitress as opposed to someone simply in charge of the continental breakfast. Nice staff! Nice hotel!

The room was decent and clean. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows are too tall. We ended up putting our hoodies in the pillow case to be able to sleep. I travel constantly and I have never seen anything like this.

Decent place, not expensive, clean, free wifi, flat screen TV, fridge, microwave, large updated and clean bathroom w good lighting, iron and board. Clean pool and spa w small yard in back. Pet friendly. Overall quiet and relaxed stay, staff even let us check in 4 hours early no charge.

Great, good, wonderful. 4 days with no complaints !

Loved that they had a pet area/pet rooms. Room was clean and staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Did not har time for the pool but it seemed well kept. The location was very close to everything that we needed. Will be back.

We went to GJ for mtn biking, hiking and wine tasting with friends. Upon request, Queen Sarah moved us to a very quiet room in the back. It was amazing. A wall of greenery off the balcony, no noise except for the soothing waterfall in the corner. Perfect. For $52 a night for 5 nights it was an amazing deal that included wifi and an actual edible continental breakfast! The staff (esp. Queen Sarah) were very helpful. They gave us great restaurant recommendations. Who knew GJ would have great Italian? don't miss Enzo's! or EtaPie! Best peach pie I have ever eaten!

Staff were nice. Breakfast was good too. Room was clean and comfortable. Good price!

hotel was clean and quiet. Nice place to stay, beds not too comfy. location was nice. Pool was nice.

Based on the positive reviews, I had higher expectations for this hotel. I arrived at 2:30pm. the front desk informed me that my room had not been cleaned yet. I was told that the room would be ready in 15 minutes. This was not a major concern, I had planned on grabbing a bite to eat anyhow. I was given a room key and off I went. I returned at 4:00 pm, I entered my room and found that it still had not been cleaned. I found a housekeeper who informed me that my room was not supposed to be occupied. Apparently, there was some miscommunication between housekeeping and the front desk. Nevertheless, she was very courteous and promptly cleaned my room. At 4:30, I finally had a room to stay in. The room was in decent condition and the bed was soft. I thought my initial room issues had been solved. I went to bed around 10pm. I was awoken at 12:30am by a man who had gained entrance to my room and was standing over my bed looking awfully confused. His keycard had unlocked my door, and we were both equally frustrated by the situation. The earlier confusion regarding which room I was assigned to, had not been resolved. At this point, neither me nor my wife could get any rest. We had no idea who might come walking through our door. I was glad that our children were not with us. No person should be woken up by a complete stranger standing over their bed. I understand that mistakes happen, but errors like this are unacceptable. If I cannot feel safe or secure in the room I am in, none of the other amenities matter. I realize that my stay is not typical of the reviews. Yet, based on my experience, I would not stay at this hotel again. Nor would I recommend it to anyone I know.

I booked through a major booking website for a non-smoking room; upon arrival we were checked into a smoking room. Jessica was at the desk and made the correction for us.

It is a great place to rest after a long way drive

The hotel itself is nothing special, however the staff was fantastic.

Room was decent for a couple of nights stay as long as your out and about most of the day as we were. Would have liked to had some pool relazation but it was small and very un-inviting.

This is a pet friendly hotel but needs some serious work to ensure those rooms allocated for pet use only are strictly adhered to - our room was not a pet friendly room but had obviously been used by someone with a pet and been cleaned with appropriate cleaners. When questioning the staff on this matter we were told the room numbers allocated for pet use but we personally saw, and reported to the staff, other rooms where pets were present. We are not against pets being allowed in specific rooms but the hotel management must understand it is very important to ensure that other rooms are not used by pet owners and that strict adherence to regulations set forth on this matter be adhered to.

No frills, but the room was clean and comfortable and the complementary breakfast was surprisingly good. The hotel was easy to find too and checking in and out was quick and convenient.

check in girl was not to friendly. out door pool, so could not use! :-( free breakfast was good and friendly helper at breakfast.
