This property is amazing. Not sure how you can find a better location for a stay on Grand Cayman.
Very upscale resort. Peaceful and relaxing. The Ritz is a beautiful hotel on a stunning beach. Expect cleanliness and pampering. Queen beds in our ocean front room on the 5th floor were not as comfortable as I had expected.
Everyone you come in contact with on Property are so nice and helpful. Only thing I didn’t like is that the bathrooms are soooo far from the beach. They need to build something closer
Assisted right away when arriving to the property. Bell's man/Valet took care of luggage. Fabio greeted us in the line for check in to let us know he could assist us along with upgrading our room. Concierge heard it was my Birthday and an instant birthday cupcake and drinks along with singing Happy Birthday made me feel special. Alexis was very informative and excellent with explaining services the hotel offered. Alexis paid attention to details and our needs at the hotel. She made me feel very special on my Birthday having cake sent to the room and gift pouches.Miriam our house keeper was awesome and kept our room clean and stocked with water, towels, and wash cloths. Diana at Bar Jack was nice. Jaquan and ?David at water Sports were great and helpful among the rest of the water sport staff. Seven restaurant was nice, Ribs were very tender, didn’t care for coleslaw...chipotle corn lacked flavor. Mango Bread was very good. Security came to the room once for loud noise, maybe consider grouping reservations by what guest are celebrating. Loved the spa and attendant in Spa was helpful. I wish I could have stayed more. Had a lifetime experience I won’t forget.
This Hotel is amazing. The staff are all super friendly, professional and attentive. The rooms are beautiful. The pool and beach are one of the best in this area. Restaurants are also really good.
The staff at the Ritz make your stay an exceptional experience. They really pay attention to detail and make you feel like you are the only guest there. The only thing I didn’t enjoy were the renovations caused one of the restaurants Andiamo to be closed. However, the renovations will make the property even nicer for future stays.
