Rooms did not look like photos. Towels horribly scratchy. Breakfast consisted of the cheapest food possible & was abominably carb-heavy (no yogurt, eggs). Housekeeping was inconsistent.

I was fortunate to have the room above the hot tub and therefore no next-door neighbors. Beth comfortable, clean. Check in was slow, as clerk was gone for a few minutes, and I had to wait in the lobby. Breakfast doesn’t start til 7, so I missed out on it, because I had to leave around 6:45.

Room had only 1 chair for two occupants. Made the room uncomfortable. Breakfast was adequate and enough selection to please most travelers.

We booked 2 rooms, the hotel made them adjacent. Very clean comfortable rooms. Walked to everything in Williams. The breakfast was ho-hum. We ate at the local restaurants.

Hotel looked a little rough from the outside but rooms were nicely updated inside. Pool was dirty, damaged and too cold to swim in. Hot tub was closed; kids were disappointed. But it was located right in Williams and we were able to walk historic Route 66 and walk to dinner. Breakfast was simple and as expected.

Completely remodeled rooms, pleasant staff and staff very accommodating. We would stay at this motel when I'm the area.

Overall OK, not great. The ceiling in the bathroom dripped.

It was easy to find and in a great location. Staff was all super friendly

The hotel was ok. The rooms are very small and not particularly clean. Both the pool and jacuzzi are not inviting or clean. The breakfast "continental" breakfast was not good either. This is a solid 2 star hotel. I give this a harsh review because I think it is not worth the money. I think for the $150 we paid we should at least clean the facility better.

We liked the hotel so much that we stayed an extra night.

Check what room you getting. We got one with the window pointing the wall. We asked for a room change.

El hotel tiene los elementos suficientes para una estancia agradable durante poco tiempo.

Even with the hotel full; it was quite and restfull. The hotel itself is older but in good repair. The beds were comfortable not hard as a rock. The continetal breakfast was very busy but there is a nice diner across the street. The price was excellent.

A comfortable hotel. Coffee and refrigerator in the rooms

Good for us. 1 hour from Grand Canyon. Clean room, friendly staff.
