Rooms are big
Our room was very spacious and comfortable. I was impressed with the size. Good selection of towels and toiletries. Breakfast was basic but worked as we were in a hurry.
It was a nice experience. Our room looks exactly in the picture. Breakfast doesn’t have a lot of selection but it was good. I wish they could extend the time.
Clean quiet safe friendly
First we were greeting by a control freak. I was exhausted by driving for hours and, when I hesitated at check-in to try to think where I had my cards, she kept harping on ... something. I finally snapped and told her to "shut up" which is very out of character for me. Then we were confronted by a door, at ground level but out of order, so we went to the other door where we were confronted by 4 rather steep concrete steps. We walk with canes and avoid stairs as much as possible. We had to schlep our bags up the steps and down the hallway ... not at all a motel with parking on the first floor right outside one's door. And they charged $25 extra for one night because we had a little dog. Highway robbery!! In our 10-day trip, this was the highest pet charge, the most inconsiderate front-desk person, the most strenuous to settle in for the night. For sure we now are suspicious of all Super 8's.
Poor customer service. Beds are hard and walls are paper thin. Hope you enjoy listening to everyone around you talk. This property is crap and will never stay here again
This was the best Super 8 Motel I have stayed in yet. The staff for extremely accommodating and friendly. The addressed our concerns about the shower backing up promptly and fix the problem and went the extra mile to make up the room. I'm very pleased with this Motel Super 8.
We enjoyed our stay
The property was outdated. We were placed on the 2nd floor /two bed queen after making several requests for a 1st floor king sized room with the front desk prior to arrival. There is no elevator. Located on a busy strip with lots of light coming through the windows. Disappointing to pay such high prices for a marginal stay. Staff however, were very friendly and welcoming.
The room could use a new mattress and towels too. Towels were no longer fluffy and thick. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel and surrounding area was quiet so it was easy to sleep.
The hotel was a decent value, but the bathroom in the room wasn’t cleaned well and the towels were very dingy. Also, one of the beds had loose dirt on it and stains on the sheets. The other bed linens were very wrinkled. I didn’t look under the covers. The continental breakfast was pretty good and the staff was friendly.
Dog friendly great
Bathroom sink was chocked and not draining, we called front desk early in the morning 6:30 am and they said no one available till 11 am to fix it. We could not use bathroom sink for our stay
Its alright
There was a bad stinking smell just outside the lobby … the bathroom towels seemed dirty as well as they were very hard to use … linens also seemed dirty
Property was in poor condition. Carpet in room was frayed. Missing wall socket cover.
