I just wish the beds were a little softer, but I like the way the hot tub was set up and the rooms were nice and clean.

We selected this because of price and closeness to the university. The staff was pleasant but the wait to check in was substantial. Room was okay, for the price and was pretty clean. Biggest problem with this is the noise. It's a typical "motel" with cars and people constantly going by your window. The motel allows dogs so at 6AM, the people next to us left their dog in the room and he wailed and barked all morning. Once again, not bad for the price but you do get what you pay for.

First off the sheets had stains on them went to the front desk to see if I could get some other ones they said room service was not there but the clerk said he would go get him which was nice. Started noticing food on the walls. And AC unit was nowhere near the bed and was completely on the other by the bathroom. Made no sense.

Splatters on the wall. Trim falling off exposing ground. Hard beds. Window wouldn't shut all the way. Squeaky heater.

Window and door seals leak air. Drafty. Holes in dru wall behind front door and in bathroom. Electrical wiring exposed in box next to nightstand. Put a plate on before some kid sticks his fingers in it. Trim on bathroom door was upgraded but the nail wholes not filled in.

Hotel was super clean close to town and we'll worth the price

Our stay was only three days, but would stay here again for a longer stay. Room was clean and updated. Hotel was in a great location for where we needed to go in Flagstaff.

Good location, Breakfast was very scarce for even continental style, pool great and clean. Lots of street noise but no train noise

The door handle fell off from INSIDE the room and the tub faucet fell into the tub so we could not operate the shower. The walls are paper thin so we heard every sneeze from the next room. The road noise is horrendous! The worst thing was the smell. It smelled like they used an entire bottle of room deodorizer to mask the smell of vomit on the carpet and bed spread. The bathroom floor was so dirty our feet were black from standing on it to merely brush our teeth. We promptly canceled our reservation for next month and booked another hotel. The low price at this Super 8 is not worth the disgusting hassle.

I've stayed at this location before, was happy with it the first stay as an average hotel. I knew what I was getting into the second time I booked this place, but I did notice more details of what was missing the second stay. l knew not to expect 5-star quality but for it to at least meet average standards for a last minute booking. Location is pretty central to most places, you do have to drive to get places during the winter from this location. My reasoning for a low rating for what I expected for an average stay: 1) Room was missing second door lock latch. Door was only lockable using standard door deadlock. 2) The light switch that I assume was supposed to control the lamp at TV did not work, or the light bulb in the lamp was burnt out. In the bed area, only had two lamps by bed for light, no 3rd lamp option. 3) Remote to TV was missing battery cover. Luckily the battery wasn't popping out while using the remote. 4) Bathroom sink faucet was leaky and water pressure was lacking. Seems the faucet might need to be replaced. 5) The fan in the bathroom did not work or was not installed. There was an appearance of mold from moisture on the wall opposite the shower. Lucky I'm not allergic to mold. On the upside, our room had a great heater during the cold night stay, nice room refrigerator, hair dryer, small coffee maker, microwave and nice fixtures in the bathroom. I would just expect there to be some sort of checklist cleaners go through to review at least a minimum standard of expectations or operations for their rooms. I got what I paid for considering the town and costs of other hotels/motels in the area.

On arrival to the parking lot, my wife became apprehensive. I checked in, and the man at the front desk was one of the best Desk Clerks I found, however, he should be working someplace else. I got our room keys and as I opened the door I was almost knocked over by sickeningly chemical type odor. I assume a room deorderizer or some type of cleaner but it was obnoxious at any rate. My wife and I use Sleep machines (Cpap) each night and I knew we wold have problems. Almost immediately my sinuses began to close and as I sat on the bed I realized I had reserved the wrong room. We stayed there long enough to access Orb**z on my smart phone and booked another hotel. We agreed the loss of the price the room was a lesser of two evils. I checked out with in 15 minuets and moved on the another Hotel. If I could give this hotel a zero I would.

Very uncomfortable beds, old and and scratchy bed linens, wireless doesn't work, *one good thing was it is next to a very comfortable book store with free wireless and good coffee.

This hotel was very comfortable and had good amenities.

Well, if you need a cheap motel, this is your one. It's an older motel that is mostly clean. Ya get what you pay for...

This was absolutely awful! The room smelled so strong of bleach and bathroom cleaner every night, I thought I was going to throw up. Our last night there, the smell went from a public restroom (that was about to be inspected) to an old porta-pottie! I would have gone somewhere else (and just been fine losing the money!) our first night there, but every other hotel in the area was booked up due to N AZ University graduation that weekend. Breakfast was cereal and juice with watered down coffee. The person at the front desk could not do anything to help, but was kind enough to give me extra coffee packets so I could try to brew coffee in the room all night with the door open to help with the smell. -It didn't help! -Don't bother with this place.

Hotel was fine w/ good service in general. Beware when you arrive they say because booked w/ [...]there is a $3/day utiltiy fee. I understood price quoted on [...]is price!!

Decent room for the price. Great location for Snowbowl Ski Resort and surrounding restaurants. Also close to the downtown nightlife. Room wasn't temperature prepared before check-in which would've helped in the cold climate. Also, walls were not thin but tremors could be felt from the kids two rooms away. Nice hotel. I would recommend and return for an economic, weekend visit.

We were just looking for a cheap place to stay for NYE. You pay for what you get. It was cheap and we didn't get much.

Not the newest in town but good for the price and value. Good firm bed, clean, and has a refrigerator. Older motel with some creaks and growns but well kept. Location is excellent from NAU, shops, and eateries. Traffic conjestion is high and noisy during work hours. Get a room in the back were it is quiet with a really large parking lot and grass area for your pets. I used it for my deer hunt with easy access to the surrounding mountains.

My family and I really enjoy going to Flagstaff to visit our son, who attends NAU. This was our first visit to the Super 8. We found that the hotel met our needs such as being centrally located, clean, and affordable. My youngest son, really enjoyed making waffles during the continental breakfast hours. The only disappointing factor, was that I had originally requested a handicapped room for my elderly mother, which I was not accomodated.
