Good place to stay get off the freeway and back on .

Thought I'd make a quick trip up to Flag at a reasonable rate. Needed to change my reservation by one day, but they refused. Manager said they didn't care. They got my money. I didn't get to stay. Had a wonderful stay down the road at Little America- where they do understand customer service. Learned to pay a little more to get people who care more about customer service.

There was only one outlet in the bedroom that was usable. There were none near the desk for a computer. The one outlet had a 6 prong plug but only 3 worked and 2 of those were for the tv and light. We had to use the 1 in the bathroom for charging phones. The lighting was poor - low wattage. The toilet seat was wobbly and the faucet in the sink was very hard to turn on and off. The room was very small, you had to crawl across the bed if someone was sitting at the desk There was a large crack at the bottom of the door where insects and rain could come in. Overall, this was a very poor quality of hotel. We will never stay at a Quality Inn again. The only good thing we can say about this room is that it was clean. There was no microwave or fridge either, even in the kitchen area.

I just will not stay there again - "Quality" Inn may be a stretch.

We were traveling through Flagstaff on our way home to Colorado and needed to stop for a sound sleep. Friendly check-in staff welcomed us and got us right in. We definitely got our well needed rest, very comfortable and warm and nice hot bath! In the morning we were pleased with so many choices of breakfast items before hitting the road. We would stay there again, thank you!

This was a nice comfortable stay. Although really close the the freeway, you can hear cars go by. Overall, the check-in staff were friendly and accommodating. I would stay at this hotel again. The price was fantastic.

The room was a good value for the dollars spent. Only downside was the cold shower I had to take in the morning. Low-flow on the hot side...great pressure on the cold side, so what I got was a scalding hot dribble or a freezing cold fire hose. Plumbing needs some work. BTW, the breakfast was great!

Good Hotel for the Money. Decent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Had to ask for a room with a microwave and refrigerator, but that was accommodated quickly and easily. Very clean, good maid service.

The lady at the front desk was rude and impatient, and the cleaning lady just opened our door without knocking and even before we even checked out! Invasion of privacy or what?

Hotel under renovations. Kind of a mess. Otherwise was ok.

This motel is a great location near numerous others. The price was great, but due to construction currently underway, the breakfast was mainly cold items and a bit disappointing. For a one night stay it met our needs

Room I was given was a dump, curtain did not block entire window so I shut a corner in the door every night to block view from outsiders walking by; had requested 1st floor room & was told there were not available; half the motel looked like it had been renovated but of course I was in the half that hadn't; location is between busy railroad freight train tracks with average time between trains being 10 min. at best and I-40 on opposite side so noise was a detriment to location; ice machine wasn't working when I got there so they were rationing ice at the office on the ground floor so that meant another trip up & down stairs for my bad knee. Have crossed this motel off my list permanently.

Great staff clean room good breakfast. Overall pretty good for the price

Needed a convenient place between Cortez Colorado and Los Angeles - hotel was located about 1/2 way for us. We were very pleased to have booked the room only 3 hours prior to arriving for our stay. The rooms are nothing special, however they are clean and comfortable. The hotel is presently under renovation so I would wait a few months to book a room.

Reasonable stay for a new year eve night. The room is clean except the knob of the bathtub needs to be fix. It's an affordable stay for one night.

I enjoyed the comtinential breafest, and easy access to freeway.

fine overnight stay while traveling
