The young man at the desk surpassed my expectations. He was friendly and polite. We were greeted very well. We arrived around 6 pm. He gave gave us options on the room location. He must have noticed we were tired cause he offered the first floor and I was so happy cause after an 9 hour drive I was done. The room was clean and in perfect order. We love the amenities. The breakfast felt like a five star meal. Thank you.
After some mediocre stays at other chains in a cross-country drive, this hotel was a breath of fresh air.
Great little spot
Pool and hot tub were closed long after the supposed opening time and personnel were not help. At breakfast everything was finished at 8 and never refilled. Nobody was there to help. Concierge person very sloppy and not helpful.
The front desk staff seemed to have a lack of knowledge when checking guest in and out. The keys were not programed for several different guest rooms, they gave someone a room that already had people staying in it, when checking out despite me telling the gal the room # and it being on the card keeper sleeve she still kept trying to check us out of the wrong room #. Perhaps some extra training is needed. There were leaves all over the carpet inside, and the second floor halls smelt like urine.
Very clean and quiet property. Plenty of parking. Walkable distance to restaurants and grocery stores.

The property is great but I don’t trust orbitz anymore…that’s where I made the booking. When I arrived at the hotel, they had no record of the orbitz reservation. (Thanks orbits- not!)
The room was very clean but the bed was a little lumpy and uncomfortable. The motel had a beautiful scenery.
Great location ... I will definitely make it our "go-to" place in Flagstaff in the future.
Great place to stay with your dogs
Now charging for dogs. $25. One of main reasons we chose prior to this.
Overall, this property is good. Great breakfast, parking, friendly staff, clean hotel. The only negative ( which is a big one in my opinion) was the bed which was worn out and made my back hurt after sleeping on it.
The place was clean. Breakfast had good options What I did not like at check in the employee insisted the license plate. I had to walk out and get it. At breakfast the coffee was out. I ask if there was more coffee and the staff member said of course there’s more coffee it’s breakfast very rudely.
