Clerk (female) Was insulting, couldn't find my reservation even after showing my drivers license. Was not helpful & extremely rude. It seemed like she was nearing the end of a shift & had a long day. People outside was smoking marijuana & room smelled awful. The morning clerk (male) was so polite & accomodating.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff needs help figuring things out. Lost our reservation.

We picked this hotel cause we were going to The North Pole Experience. We needed a room for just one night & thank goodness that's all it was for. The room was run down & old. We didn't have a microwave as said & the fridge was broke. The a/c & heating unit was all tore up, broken knobs. There was mold in the shower & by the front door. We found a bunch of ants in the bathroom & the other room had a huge spider. There was only one chair for four people. The toilet was broke so we had to continually fix it ourselves. No toiletries so make sure you bring your own. The breakfast is served 6a-9a but if you get there by 7a you are out of luck. They do not restock the food they have, once it's gone it's gone. Two honey buns for 9 people. The only redeeming qualities were that the house keepers must be very good because even with all the faults the room was clean & the beds were surprisingly comfortable.

Bed sheets was re used, didn't notice it till next morning because was so tired to check it that night, the only hotel I know who don't have an iron for the clothes, fire hazard because of tampered wire connections, yes connection"S". Good luck in mixing hot and cold water,

I usually recommend this chain because they are updated and nice. Even the breakfast was a joke. Mini donuts and honey buns. I'm not an elitist, but for $80.00...come on. Plus wifi was so slow, couldn't use it. Graffiti on a lamp shade in the room sealed how bad this place was.

Hotel stuff took long time when things were needed and room smelled like @&%#€

The hotel was ok. Nothing great but the location was really good. Good place to stay if you don't mind older hotels. The people were nice and it was really close to the collage campus. Recommended if you are wanting to save a little money.

While the price was certainly cheaper than almost all other hotels, you get what you pay for. The room and hotel itself are old and worn. The bathroom had soap provided, but no shampoo. It was nice having a mini fridge, but we didn't use it. The hotel is conveniently located and close to lots of good things. The continental breakfast is minimal--coffee, juice, pre-packaged pastries, and cereal.

This hotel was horrible, the front desk staff was not nice, when I tried to tell her what I had reserved she could not understand me. Then she was rude when I was explaining the room was not what we had ordered. I ordered a smoking room with a king bed and pullout couch, we got a 10x10 room with a queen bed. No place for our daughter to sleep. We are now going the rounds with them to give us our money back even though we did not stay there. We had to go find another hotel. It is the worst experience I have ever had, and will not use O R B I T Z again. It is apparent they do not screen the hotels they post. I will go back to using hotels dot com for my future reservations. They at least know about the hotels they list.

I stay at this property almost everytime I travel to Flagstaff. My visits to Flag are for quality trail time during the day and enjoying the downtown area restuarants and bars in the evening. This motel is within a brief walking distance from the downtown area without the price of the other convenient motels. I do not require a lot of amenities, just a basic clean room to call my base camp while I am in town.

You get what you pay for. Bed and roof over head doesnt get much better. Good shower and bathroom.

It's a pretty small hotel with nice staff. They need to work on the bed sheets and and blankets.

Polite staff, nice woman working up front... It's a affordable bed to sleep in- nothing more.

You'll get exactly what you pay for here.....a bed, an older TV and a shower. The basics. It's a great deal if you just need a place to crash for a night or two. Plus the location is super convenient.

I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean and smelled good, not like others that say they are non-smoking but still smell like smoke. The microwave and mini fridge was a nice surprise, we used both. Pets are welcomed, which we will probably take with us next time. The price was great and location was very convenient.

Never saw a bathtub that tiny but it made for a good laugh. Very close to everything we wanted to do. Advertised HBO but out cable did not get it.

I was reminded why I don't stay in hotels anymore. Beds were very uncomfortable, pillows in pillow case were shredded, bathroom window had broken glass which kept the room freezing all night. Location was good, check in/out was fast. Continental breakfast was not good. Were out of a lot of food and what was there was stale. Would not stay there again.

This hotel should be downgraded to "DO NOT" stay here. The room smelled and the door didn't even close tightly with the deadbolt on. We didn't even stay for 12 hours. We would NEVER stay here again!!!!!

I needed a cheap night and for what I needed it worked out great. Very basic but clean. Beds where hard for what I like. Breakfast was basic cereal in cups, small donuts, bread, Orange and Apple juice.

$88 a night in flagstaff seems a little high for such a hole in wall but it's nice to walk to the breweries.
