Ants crawling in the bathroom, stained bathtub and comforter. Felt uncomfortable and unsafe.

Breakfast had no coffee, room was filthy, and the wifi didn't work during my stay. Had I not booked this on Orbitz I'd be asking for a refund.

I thought the name Howard Johnson was assurance of a clean and comfortable stay. But the hotel was very shabby and the sheets and towels were so dingy that I was worried about cleanliness and bed bugs. We arrived too late to consider changing to a better hotel. i will not trust that name again. Thank you.

Comfortable place for the night. Bathroom needs a bit of an update.

there was hair in the tub upon checking in. other then that, it was fine.

Good but needs some work from outside As the stairs deteriorating and doesn't look good.

When you roll up to the hotel, you would think that it's been abandoned. The exterior needs some real TLC. Peeling paint, stairs that need work, tiny registration area and that's just the obvious stuff. The room doors look a little worn and the landings need attention. The registration staff was efficient and nice. However, the rooms are surprisingly nice. The bedspreads need to be upgraded but the beds are very cozy and the rooms are large. Showers are good and strong with plenty of hot water. It's always nice to have a fridge and a microwave. Believe it or not (and I've traveled a lot in my time), this hotel is a decent value. I'd stay here again versus Motel 6 or Days Inn (both are nearby).

I actually had car trouble when I got there the maintenance man was great Mike, was very helpful and lent me some tools to work on my vehicle and I got back on the road in no time thank you staff and especially Mike the maintenance guy!

We were put in a smoking room and we don't smoke. My experience would have been better If we were in a non smoking room. Orbitz was not specific on room. Next time I will make sure it's non smoking.

I was checked into a room that was only half cleaned. The bathtub band sunk were dirty and there was food in the mini fridge. The coffee pot was broken. I moved to a new room for remaining 3 nights and it was better but the coffee pot took an hour and ten minutes to brew 2 cups of coffee. Will nit return to this hotel. Staff was friendly but didn't know what to do to accommodate.

The room was spacious and clean. I asked the staff to recommend a place to eat and they gave me a few to choose from and driving directions.

Great value and location ex hotel manager all over the world

Clean sheets, clean bath and friendly staff. Would love to recommend.

Was just passing through and this was a great place to stop. The night gentleman who checked me in was so friendly and curtious! It was also clean and kept up. I would recommend to a friend.

Was uncomfortable with the facility cleanliness and the staff professionalism. Didn't stay one night was charged for two. Lobby smelled like cigarettes breakfast area was a mess.

clean and safe facilities, we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to other travelers. convenient location for stopover during trip from Vegas to grand canyon. Overall, good value for money.

good for road trip stay. Lots of restaurants around. Room was large, had fridge and microwave. The traffic noise was a little noticeable but not bad. Heard the train also. Area seemed safe. All in all it was a good stay.

Beds were comfortable, average continental breakfast long walking distance to downtown.

Not the fanciest, but a decent place to sleep for the night and grab free breakfast in the morning.

Better than what I expected. Location is OK. Nothing special. Breakfast is simple but OK.
