Overall the experience was great the room was fine the location was excellent
The room was cheap. That was the only benefit. The sound of the street was so loud and the tub was filthy. Location was nice for food, we literally slept there and left early the next morning because we didn't want to stay there. Made our kids sleep on top of the sheets.
Overall it was fine, the staff was nice and the rooms were warm. Unfortunately, in the towels for the bathroom we found some other peoples hair that looked like they were from an unmentionable area.
It wasn't "perfection", yet the few flaws were OK to live with. You get what you pay for. It was satisfactory.
We just slept there at night while visiting & sightseeing during day. Worked great for us.
It was ok. I only needed a place to sleep for the night. I was a little irritated by the location of the ice machine. I was told it was in the guest laundry room. In the morning when I went to get some ice so I could have cold water for at least part of the drive, I found the door was locked, so I skipped it (it was a regular deadbolt lock). I had not been informed of the guest laundry being locked when I checked in. Other than that the stay was satisfactory, if overpriced.
Room is OK, but expected service barely work: #1. Could not open the door (2 days stayed there). Front desk made 4 keys (cards) - none worekd OK (showed red light). Eventually opened the door by wiggling the handle up and down. Front desk (some woman there) was very unfriendly, ignored the problem, told me to wait while she took care of customer who come after me. #2. The TV reception failed at about 6 PM and stayed off untill night. (ther was NO TV program for 4 hours). Front desk responded "they know it, all customers are calling", but nothing was done for hours. #3. WiFi is VERY slow and workad "spradically", it taked "minutes" to connect anywhere, I was cut 3 times while checking bank account (this is not not data used). -- the service desk seems unfriendly and NOT caring about any problems.
