Room never really got cool, even though we had temp at 60.

Nice restaurant next door...Kicks. Not impressed with breakfast at hotel. Eggs were gritty.

We enjoy the town of Williams and come up often. Very clean place and staff was very friendly.

Very nice loved the location very clean easy and just all around a great experience

Didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel. Just an overnight stay to break up our trip from the Grand Canyon to Vegas. The staff was great. Breakfast was very good for being described as continental. The restaurant next to the hotel, Kicks, was excellent with a great menu and wide range of beers if you are into that. The hotel is older and nothing fancy so a little expensive for what they offered. However, less expensive than other regional hotels. Very basic. Clean. Safe. High marks on breakfast and location.

Breakfast was good. Good location for visiting the train depot.

Staff was most welcoming and informative about area. Housekeeping staff was extremely trustworthy! We spent 2 nights and while we were gone the room was cleaned and our belongings were right where we left them.

I felt very fortunate to stay here and be given a room in a great location for my needs. With a car full of plants that needed to be brought inside overnight, I was given a room close to the front. Turned out to be near the laundry room as well which was timely on my long trip (go ahead and use high heat, the dryer runs fairly cool). My room was spacious, quiet, with nice furniture. While I only consumed cooked oatmeal, I saw a large array of breakfast items including eggs. There's a nice restaurant next door that offers to bring food to your room. Easy on/off the hwy and near Bearizona which I wish I had the time to visit!

Great location in Williams, AZ: close to interstate but far enough you don't hear it. Beds firm and comfy, sheets and towels super clean, breakfast very good. Kids loved the pancake-making machine especially. Indoor heated pool and spa, show some wear (some discolorations on pool bottom), but water well chlorinated and clean. Ceilings are a bit thin, can hear any loud stompers- so get an upstairs room if you can.

Rooms were sparkly clean, beds very comfortable, and kids loved the indoor heated pool and spa. Breakfast in the morning was a pleasant surprise, had scrambled eggs, pork sausage, made-by-machine pancakes (kids loved it!), toast, bagels, donuts and cold cereal. There was oatmeal and yogurt available too. Room was nice, a bit prone to fogging up windows after we showered or swam, which might lead to future mildew issues. Only complaint for us is that the ceiling was not very noise-cancelling. We easily heard our upstairs neighbors stomp around at 5am, and that kinda sucked. Definitely ask for an upstairs room!!! A few notes: the pool (and especially pool bathroom) was clean, water was well chlorinated (bring goggles), but had some discolored spots on the plaster floor & rust spots around edges, and could use a bit of maintenance. Doesn't appear to affect function though. All in all a very nice place to stay close to the Grand Canyon.

Very good place for what you pay for. Only cons is that they're WIFI doesn't work, keycards are not reliable and it's right next to a grave yard. If you can look past that stuff, it's a good place to stay out in Williams for the night.

I will stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Definatly recommend this hotel.

We got the there around 8pm, it was raining and cold outside. Days Inn provided the hot chocolate and tea, we felt warm up and comfortable.

Very nice hotel would stay there agin really nice place

I already reviewed this in the check in review...the girl at the front desk was very disappointing, dumb. She made us do double work. They should reconsider the "training". If a person already has the luggage in the lobby, dont make them go back to the car and drive around because the room is in the back...just let them go through the hotel!!! Other than that we loved the room and the pool area. Breakfast was ok. Location was good too, Williams is a small town so you are not really far from downtown.

We were very pleased with our room and the whole experience. We would Highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I wish that all hotels were like this one. If ever this way again we Will stay again. :-)

We were on our way to the Grand Canyon and had to spend the night near the park. The people were great and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was really nice. They had a good breakfast and the staff was really nice. It was an easy check in and out process. The only thing was the hot tub was broken. Which was the reason we rented from the hotel. But other than that it was a good stay.

Great stay! Staff was awesome! Great accommodations for entire family!

Was nice but no weight room or treadmill. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Nice TV
