Days Inn Bellemont

I stayed a total of 4 nights not one day was the room cleaned. Had to ask after the second day for towels. Trash was never emptied. Water leaked from the shower on to the wall next to the toilet. The ceiling above the shower there was mold beginning to grow. The only plus was the overnight clerk was the only positive thing this hotel had. The day time clerk was very unapproachable. For the price I paid I expected better! I did take photos for my records

Generally a disappointing experience in terms of location and condition of hotel and its facilities as well as its staff. They person who did our check-in was not very professional, making us wait until he finished call he had on his cell phone. The rooms and whole place needed renovation badly and the wifi was not working.

When we checked in we felt very uncomfortable. The room was tiny there was barely room for the pac-n-play. The room felt so yucky I didn't feel like a responsible mom letting my baby cruise around on the floor in our room. We decided to leave about an hour and when my husband went to check out and ask for a refund the guy at the front desk was extremely rude. He was not helpful at all in telling us how we could get a refund and was very defensive to my husband. He kept acting like he wanted to fight my husband (who was also being rude at this point). Worst hotel experience EVER.

Much better than what I expected. Very clean. But does not have an elevator.

Had to check out 3 nights early but the hotel wouldn't reimburse me for the remaining nights. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone or ever use it again for my business.

Smelled of 10,000 ancient cigarettes And the staff could not be bothered to help with adjusting the room

this is a very nice motel, great location very clean and comfortable and at a good price.

This hotel was just barely acceptable. I wish we had stayed at the lowest rated motel in Williams instead. The exterior of the hotel needs maintenance and the grounds were filled with trash. The rooms had laminate flooring, so you could literally hear all your neighbors walking, talking, etc. (made it difficult to sleep). The laminate did not appear to be overly clean. The staff and the continental breakfast were okay.

Bed sheets were stained, you can hear every Train passing by with their loud horns, the Semi trucks filling up gas across the way honking their horns. If you can get past all that noise then you will like this hotel.

This place looks nice online but is pretty much a dump. The room is essentially a bed and bathroom. Super small. The perimeter of the place hasn't been touched with weeds growing 5 feet tall. The building looks likes its rotting in places. It's right next to a Pilot truck stop so tons of traffic and shady characters. If you hope to get a good nights sleep forget it because train noise is constant. I had constant problems with the keys accessing my room. Finally the owner comes over and i said is there a trick, she says no but do it like this and i say well there is a trick then right. Place is falling apart.

If you are looking for a good nights sleep in a clean quiet environmemt this is the place for you. This was indeed a pleasant stay after a full day at the Grand Canyon. It is right off of I40 and close to a truck stop so there was food and supplies as needed. I give this small hotel an A1 rating.

I used this hotel as an inexpensive way to enjoy a week in northern AZ. It is located within walking distance of a truck stop, gas station, Subway, and a Mcdonald's making it convenient for light shopping and okay food. It's also very close to Flagstaff and Williams if you want a more diverse choice of dining. I visited the Grand Canyon 3 times from this location, which is about an hour and 15 mins of driving one way - not optimal but the cost of a night beats anything closer.

Asked for a better room because we were the first one next to lobby and could hear everything and they didn't want to. Also a kid kept calling our room the first night at 3-5 in the morning a couple times I told the front desk and he said he didn't know so he didn't do nothing about it I had to disconnect the phone myself

Nothing comfortable nor pleasing. Room next door played ESPN loudly ALL night long. Nothing done to stop them.

Loved it, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Nice breakfast, but you need to wake up early before it's gone.

I just needed a place to stay for the night. It was perfect for that. If you planon doing things in Flagstaff it is about 15 minutes away. There is a bar and grill across the interstate that was good. Other then that and the truckstop there isnt anything around. Room was clean but you can tell work was done. Decent stay for the price.

We were going to the polar express with the grandchildren and did not realize there are two Days Inns. We were excited about the price but after staying there, would be willing to pay more to stay at the other Days Inn. The rooms were not as clean as we are use to, there were spiders (the hotel changed our room for us), did not have blow dryers in the room. Bottom line, you get what you pay for!! If you just need a cheap room, it is fine.

Great hotel for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

The room smelled to humidity. We stayed 2 nights, in our second day the room was not cleaned, we did not have clean towels and sheets. We reported the issue in the Hotel's Lobby, but the person was not friendly and was very rude, her name is Henna. In few words, she said that she was not able to resolve it because there was not nobody to clean that night.

Please accept our apologies for the existence of some difficulties, understand that we are doing everything to have our guest pleased but still some problems is in occurrence, we would be happy to have you back and to offer you another service that would certainly fulfill your needs. If you would complain to front desk in timely manner surely they will help but if you explain at the time of checkout then it makes things difficult for staff.....
