Close to downtown, short drive. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Grounds were well kept. Comfortable beds and pillows. Housekeeping efficient.

really accessible, lots of parking. friendky staff..

Had minor issues with the toilet(water running) and noisy air conditioning but otherwise great stay.

Travelling across the country and only stopped in Flaggstaff one night - so we knew nothing about the area. Chose this hotel based on reviews and was not disappointed!

The staff was fine, but they can only do so much with the dated building. Our room was clean but a little cramped. Breakfast was fine with plenty of room. The rooms were accessed from the outside, and there were little signs of deterioration here and there. The location was very handy though.

Nice room descent price. I would stay here again. Descent breakfast and restaurants near by.

Like I said, it was nice, but we didn't stay long just one night because we were on a S. USA road trip which by the way, every red blooded American should do, Route 66 is truly an American Gem of a road trip!

My wife and I stayed for one night and we were extremely disappointed with the hotel. Probably the only thing going for this was its location, close to downtown and highway. The elevator was malfunctioning and its doors took forever to open and close. The room was not very clean and the whole property appeared in a condition of disrepair. Breakfast was subpar. Cheap and shabby are the buzz words here from what we could see. This quality is not what we would have expected from a Wyndham branded hotel. Will definitely not be staying in any Baymont Inn again, especially this one.

Confussion at the front desk with two out of three guests checking in, it wasn't me. Dated lobby, dated property, slowest elevator, ever. No easy entrance or exit, terrible lay out. The room was decent, and if that's all you want, this is the place for you. Wi-Fi totally unreliable. I ended up needing to stay another night, opted for a different hotel.

We have a wonderful experience at Baymont Inn & Suites on Spring vacation. The hotel was nice, everything was clean there, such as towels, sheets and bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Coffee, hot chocolate, and tea was available every day at the lobby. Breakfast was very good. We stayed in the third floor and was quiet, so we slept well without any noise. The hotel is close to a variety of restaurants such as Sizzler, Coco's, Denny's, Mexican's, etc. We took a tour to the Grand Canyon and it was an excellent location for pick up. This hotel is close to the airport. Overall, our experience was good. I would choose this hotel to comeback next year.

We were in town for a robotics tournament. This hotel was convenient, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was adequate even with lots of hungry high school kids there. Only complaint was our 7 am showers were barely warm, but not hot.

Got there late but checkin was easy, overall clean and neat, breakfast was average, overall I would stay again.

Rooms were clean and hotel staff was friendly. The room price was reasonable and there was a good selection of restaurants nearby. The hotel was also convenient to major freeways.

There really wasn't one thing that made this hotel stand out. Worn furniture really should be changed out of rooms and carpet stains make me think the hotel doesn't clean their carpet.

Beautiful town great hotel. Nice lobby. Continental breakfast was good too

Hotel was quiet. Girls at check in/out were not rude but not overly friendly. Bed was hard and air conditioner and toilet were noisy.

Very clean, conveniently close to highway, college, dining.

Good comfortable and clean room. Clerk at the evening desk was very nice. However, in the morning the breakfast area was full (poor design) people had questions, and the clerk was hiding in the back. Very poor service. Also no covered lobby entrance. We got wet taking our luggage to the car.
