Great hotel in Williams and for exploring the Grand Canyon area! Room was clean and spacious. Best part was the excellent front desk attendant. He was so kind and gave a lot of local ideas/tips. Hotel is in the heart of historic Williams and easy to explore it on foot with all the shops and restaurants. LOVE Williams and its yesteryear charm. Definitely want to visit again and would stay here again.

I like the location. it's close to grand canyon and Sedona. It's within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops.

Awesome little town to stay in. Great restaurants, on Route 66. Lots to do. One hour to Grand Canyon. BearArizonia is there. Fun.

the hotel is media average of the town. it was a good deal. the town is nice and is worth a visit.

Nice hotel for family stay near Grand Canyon You may enjoy the traditions of old style city.

The staff was AMAZING we were 5here for a funural they were sympathetic of us

Clean, spacious, decent breakfast, spotty wifi, really nice shower, great location on route 66

All good, good location, clean rooms, it's all there.

6 out of 10. Located conveniently in quiet end of the one-street downtown, close walk to all restaurants and entertainment in town. Seemingly, safe place with ample parking. Our family of 5 rented 2 rooms for two nights. Unfortunately, our son slept in the car, because hotel didn’t have any room with two beds, and room itself was very tight, just enough space to walk around Quinn-size bed, but not to fit a single inflatable bed in between. Besides, clerk charged us additional $23 for additional person, who wasn’t even in the room. Otherwise, bed was comfortable with clean sheets that don’t smell Clorox, 3 good pillows, TV & internet. Tiny bathroom was outdated: at least 20 years old tub, situated too high even for 5’7” person, and shower head located too low at shoulder height with low pressure water, fan does not exist, had to keep the window open. Door didn’t close shot. Towels were good -white and clean. Complimentary breakfast also included bare necessity: bagels/waffles with cream cheese and coffee. Thanks for Saveway, largest grocery/retail store in 150 Miles radius, saved us a lot by purchasing snacks and lunches on the go to 3 day Grand Canyon trip.

Great price, friendly and caring personal! We stayed there with my mom almost an year ago. We'll come back!

Clean. Cheap. 1 hour from grand canyon. Cool wild west town at road 66)

Clean cheap place to crash in beautiful pine forest

Old but clean . had to ask for an in room coffee maker because only the king suites have them. Once she found out I carry my own coffee she let me have an extra maker. Would do for the right price.

Good location in Williams for the Grand Canyon South Rim experience. It was clean.

no more word to describe this hotel except this word. Cool!!!

I am always useing this hotel whenever I visit the Grand Caynon. I like this hotel like my house.

it was second time to visit this hotel. staff was so kind. it was affordable place among hotels in Grand Caynon areas. it is best place for friends to stay in williams.

Me n my friend were there for vacation. We choose the hotel because it is economical. Everything was not bad except that the heater isn't working and we couldn't sleep well that night.

Hotel is good for a quick night stay. Rooms are a bit small and old. I would rate it as average considering the low price of stay. Liked the breakfast. Waffles, bread, OJ, milk, cereal and couple of other things.

Terrible. Staff was the worst out of any hotel I have ever stayed at.
