The room was adequate for what we needed. No issues with anything. It was very quiet. Easy access to everything we wanted to do.

Nice older motel clean kind of musty smelling good for a bed and shower over night

This place was a disappointment. Everything in the room that isn't part of daily cleaning like washing bed sheets was really dirty. Dirty carpet, windows, curtains, floors around the corners with trash on them etc. I was disgusted not only to touch anything but to be there. Beds were old, soft, without any support. Like spunges. Then the sheet on the bed wasn't big enough so my feet (5,6") were touching the under sheet on the mattrace. There were sharp iron sticking from the mattrace support from under the bed that my partner hooked his foot on and attached his skin+ hit. It was painful. The room was dark, and simply it was just really bad. Even small details like light cords were not plugged in the wall. The pictures on line don't do the justice. They look s lot better! Would never go there again not for free not to pay given any other choice.

I enjoyed being able to rest for 12 hours straight, the only downside was the sound of the tv on the other side of the wall, other then that I was comfortable and I even got to enjoy the 123 room front study area to work on my reading, while my partner rested. Which gave us both our own space. I felt welcomed by the staff and they where extremely nice !

I was tired and it was snowing.

Was there for a business and was a comfortable stay

We stayed here when dropping our son off to NAU. The first room was not clean, there was blood in the bathroom. Requested cleaning and no one was available. Moved to another room. The linens and carpeting seemed dirty. Would not go back.

I had read a few reviews on this hotel that spoke of its poor conditions, but for the price i don't usually mind a dingy hotel. This was not the case here. I checked the bed for bedbugs (per reviews i had seen) and found a massive pile of VOMIT between the mattress and the box spring. Now, i am aware that things slip between the cracks, and sometimes bed skirts don't get changed with the sheets. The hotel, however, should have taken this a bit more seriously. The clerk rolled her eyes at me and told me to take it up with "this website"(they wont let me use their name) after i told her i didn't want to stay there for the two days i had booked. When i called "this travel website", the hotel refused to refund me my money and only after 40 minutes on the phone was i able to get one night refunded and a $50 voucher. I still basically paid that hotel $60 to discover a pile of vomit. I went to a national chain inn a mile away and found a very nice place for $10 more per night. Even if you are fine with crummy hotels and like to travel cheap, avoid this place

My family and I were looking for a place near downtown Flagstaff. This is not easy! This motel is nothing special and not worth the money. Next time, I would be more than happy to pay $30 more and stay next door at a national chain hotel. The rooms are outdated, and we opted for the "newly refurbished room". The bathroom was so cramped, my husband had to wedge himself between the counter and wall in order to use the restroom. I would not stay here again.

The outside was run down very basic. The room was clean but outdated and the price was really no deal for the type of room

If they had put just a little more effort into their remodels this would've been a 4 plus star. Their water pressure dropped insanely if anybody else used the shower toilet or sink. And their supposed kitchenette was a mini fridge and a microwave on top of it. Rooms were clean and quiet and we would still use them again. Great value though.

Room is small but was enough for us. The heating system is abit hard to figure out,

Not any way worth the cost. It had the absolute smallest bathroom ever. I don't know how it passed the building code. The beds were 100% uncomfortable! It looked like they had tried to update the room but it was only superficial. It seemed like somebody's DIY project. And it was a very poor job. On the whole it was very unsatisfactory. I would never recommend it and wish someone hadn't given it 3 stars - 2 too many!

We needed a room for one night stay driving up from Phoenix on our way to the Grand Canyon. The rate for the room was a good value for a one night stay. The view outside the hotel was wonderful and the rooms were recently upgraded. The upgrades weren't anything to blow you away but were nice. The staff I talked to at the front desk was polite and helpful. I would stay here again for a similar quick overnight stay.

The front desk staff was very helpful, friendly, and informative. The location is unbeatable as it's near all the major roads and some good restaurants. The rooms are newly remodeled and look fairly nice. However, the wifi was almost non-existent and didn't work all the time. When we or our neighbors used water, there was pretty loud noise from water hammer. Plus, the water was barely more than lukewarm. Overall a good value and glad we spent the night here.

Room was clean, recently refreshed and nice for the price point. Beads were comfortable. Good place to stay for several days at a reasonable price.

Three friends and I were on our way to the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas. Our stay at the Americas Best Inn-Flagstaff was a good one. This was due mainly to the exceptional manager that greeted us. He recommended restaurants that were just as great as he said. The hotel was clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

The front desk was very nice, and the room was clean. The place overall was a bit strange, the room had an extra area in the front that was like a closed in porch. All the other people staying at the motel were construction workers. Everything in the room was kinda old, but clean. We actually used our own bedding and this made it much nicer as the sheets and pillows were scratchy. All in all, acceptable.

Would not have stayed there except it fit my needs @ the time. Small room & no table to eat at. Furniture needs an upgrade & repairs. Was very conveient for my needs. Also the clerk WOULD NOT give me a paid in full reciept when I checked out. I would not stay again & would not recommend it to anyone.

It never ceases to amaze me how many ways people find to complain about temporary living accommodations that provide a higher standard of living than such a large percentage of people in this world have in their daily lives. What more could you want from a $30/night motel? The room was clean, the remodeling was nice...of course its not "high end"...if you are looking for that go stay at an upscale chain and pay those prices. I don't know why people commented on a "cheap" remodel. The counter tops and a complete shower surround were marble (or at least faux marble)! Often in these types of places the carpet is gross, but the carpet was clean and new looking. I have a rather large refrigerator, a microwave, a complimentary coffee pot and coffee, table and chairs, cable TV, and individual heating/cooling unit so I could set my room to a comfortable temp. Seriously, what is there to complain about for the price? Hmmm, the hot water took a bit to turn hot, the room was cold when I first walked in (imagine that...I had to turn on the heat myself...the horror!). Seriously, though, I'm sure as it gets farther away from the remodel date and conditions start to deteriorate, this place might change for the worse...but right now its an outstanding value. Great location, easy check-in and out, quiet room.
