Quality Inn & Suites

Nice room with fridge and microwave. Friendly staff and very quiet. Close to square and nice shops.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The ownership was very disappointing, parking lot and outside area was dirty. The hallways and stairs needed vaccuming more often, the carpet in our room needed replacing, the hole in the wall in our room needed fixing immediately.

The rooms are nicely furnished and the staff were very polite and helpful. I was disappointed that the clothes dryer upstairs was out-of-order, and the washing machine down stairs was also out-of-order. I have stayed here a total of 6 nights over the last 2 weeks and they are both still not working.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable on the inside, however the outside had some trash in the parking lot and shrubbery looked to need to be trimmed. And some vehicles that look looked disabled and looked like they had been there a while.

Quality Inn and Suites Grandbury, Texas was a joke. We checked in and the second floor hallway was filthy due to renovations that were taking place. The room numbers were missing or laying on the ground. We get to our room and it was clean except for the bathroom. It had no shower curtain, some kind of glue like material in the bottom of the tub, and standing water that would not drain. We all were ready to shower after a long hot day so I called the front desk and was told they are sold out of rooms and all the other hotels in the town are booked. She stated she had a call into her maintenance man and he wasn't responding. She said she would send someone to fix it when she can. I told her I had two young kids and she quickly put us in another room right down the hall. We changed rooms and this room was also clean however, nothing was plugged into the walls. The fridge was not plugged in so it took a while to cool. We had milk to keep cold for the baby. Also when we turned the AC on it was very cold but the knobs fell off and the front cover to the unit was barley hanging on. The bathroom was clean and we all slept good after a shower. The morning came fast and the breakfast did not. We were staying for a baseball tournament and the hotel was full of hungry kiddos. We waited on the food to be re-filled and finally when it was I poured my child a bowl of cereal from one of those counter containers with the turn knobs only to find small roaches all in the cereal. We quickly got up and left to go eat breakfast some where else. I was disgusted and ready to check out. Never again......

Ended up behind tour bus line when checking in. Check in took a LONG time. Otherwise, it was an OK stay.

CLOSE TO ALL RESTAURANTS LAKE AND WORK. CLEAN GOOD!

This hotel is in a great location and the staff are very pleasant. My only complaints are the noise level of other guests (walls were paper thin), and the cleanliness of the room was surprisingly poor. The bed and pillows were somewhat comfortable and moderating the temperature in the room was a bit difficult. All-in-all, not a bad experience for the cost.

Good value. Clean room. A/c a little slow in cooling down on a hot day. Pleasant staff. Breakfast room too small and food avg.

Memorial day holiday. On Sunday, I got an excellent massage @ CC & Co. & ate @ the Marina @ Stumpy's (food & price "ok", great view of lake). Went to the square "Arts & Crafts Fair"(good music), on Monday, & to see the musical "Dames @ Sea", @ the Opera House(not so great) & ate at Stringfellow's(ok, but pricey)& saw the beach. Next visit (on 4th of July) I hope to stay on the lake & where the pool is more inviting. Most of all: loved the Trolly.

IT WAS OK, NOTHING SPECIAL. ROOM WAS CLEAN DID HAVE A LITTLE ODOR TO THE ROOM. OVER ALL IT WAS A PLEASENT 2 NIGHTS, NO NOISE FROM ADJ ROOMS

visited wineries. enjoyed walking around the square and library landscaping

We were busy all day, so we appreciated great beds, complimentary breakfast and welcoming staff. We'll look for America's Best Value Inns during future travel.

This is the third time I have stayed and they are consistent. For me that means clean room, safe. No frills and no extras.

We were very pleased with our visit to this hotel. The facilities were very clean, parking was convenient. Continental breakfast was plentiful. The room was spacious and the mattresses were very comfortable. We spent some time downtown during the biker bash, and visited some friends for the labor day holiday. We had only one complaint: One night we were awakened by a roaring kind of noise coming from the upstairs neighbor. Found out that someone was using the jacuzzi at that time of night. There should have been a quiet time in place, say after 10pm. The front desk was very sorry about the incident and it stopped shortly thereafter.

We were amazed for the price that the rooms were so comfortable. There was a "cricket" problem in the hotel but other than that it was an exceptional value.

Non-smoking room smelled like a smoke pit. And the fire alarm went off at 7AM. False alarm.

My first night there I took a shower and fell as soon as step foot in it. I called front desk to let them know what happen so the staff could have knowledge and be more aware about how they cleaned it and the girl up front told me to grow up and not to be such a baby! Next day the house keeper came in and I just asked her to clean the bathroom and that was it and I was call uncalled for name... I will not advise anyone to go there.

The door lock had problems so they changed our room. The continental breakfast included bisquits & gravy! Only in Texas, I say! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very pleased with our suite. We will be staying again at America Vaule Suites Inn.
