We stayed here in may. This hotel is very nice. The rooms are very comfortable and well decorated. We stayed on the front side right on the street the first night. This is my one complaint. The room was very nice, but so noisy. The hotel moved us to another room the next night. Again the room was excellent and we finally slept well. The staff is excellent very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. The hotel is right in the heart of Granada, within waking distance of everything. The hotel does not have a gym as advertised on trip advisor though so if you like having a gym don't stay here. The beds were comfortable and overall we had a really nice stay here
original text: English. Granada is not a cheap place - so go for value for money. Rate for a suite of more than 40m² in double occupancy, including breakfast, use of internet, taxes, all mod cons: EUR 117,70 per night (we stayed for two nights). To get an idea of the suite, go to their website and look at the 3D rendition of the Gayuba type suite. It consists of a parlour with a small but fully equipped kitchen at the side. There is a sofa which can be turned into a bed. Move on to the bedroom with attached closet/wardrobe and the bathroom. Bathroom amenities can be rated overcomplete. Breakfast is being served to the room exactly at the required time (ok, +/- 5 minutes). Choice is not exceptionally big, but so is breakfast in Spain in general. Fruit is fresh, bread is crunchy. For those who really need it: there are 2 TV sets - one in the parlour, the other in the bedroom. And above all, friendly and helpful staff. This place is my choice if I ever have the chance to come back to Granada.
My wife and I spent two nights at this hotel. The location is very good as we could walk easily around the town. We booked a suite and were not disappointed with the size of the rooms. It was clean and the bed very comfortable. Free Wifi worked well in the room. If I had one complaint it was the bathroom was a bit small. We received a warm friendly welcome when we arrived and staff were always very friendly. Would have no hesitation staying at this hotel again.
As above.. thank you to the staff for being soo helpful.. Near main cathedral ...near bus stop.. tea room behind the hotel.. staff amazingly nice.. loved it.. Right so the only thing i think people may have an issue with is that you can sometimes hear the traffic at night.. a light sleeper myself it didnt have an impact on my sleep.. rooms decent size and clean..
We stayed for three nights in this hotel and really enjoyed having a roomy suite to return to after a busy day in Granada. The quality of the room was excellent - as was the breakfast!! Staff were very friendly and helpful..would definitely consider staying again.
We enjoyed our three nights at this hotel. The place was clean, comfortable and ideally located. No complaints, they even have a lift. Friendly staff and the breakfast (optional) was well worth the cost.
I stay here 2 night. When I was stay this hotel 2013. Nov. is perfect. So This time. 2017. May I visit again. Reception is always kindly and helpful. Kitchen area is very good for making our meal. little far from the down town but it's more good your deep sleep.
We stayed at Granvia for three days in April just before the Easter break and loved it. Lovely self catering apartments reasonably sized and conveniently located . We walked everywhere and therefore was easy to explore the surrounding cafes, tapas bars , restaurants and shops . The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful . We had a great family stay and would recommend this accommodation to other travellers . Thank you Granvia 44 and wished we could have stayed for longer .
we had a two bedroom suite and found it very comfortable! location is great as you are directly on the main boulevard, and rooms are well shielded against noise from the road. roughly 5 mins walk to cathedral, or start the "climb" to albaicin direclty behind the hotel. some "hints": 1) in case you come by car: follow exactly the directions given from the hotel - not your navy!! the boulevard can be accessed by private cars only in one direction - which is out of town. if you drive in fron the wrong direction you will get a ticket and you will be on the wrong side of the road. 2) our 2nd bedroom had "only" a 1,20 (or max 1,40m) bed width. we used it only with one person, but in case you want to use it with 2 it will be cosy ... 3) visiting alhambra: definetely take the bus up from the end of grand via colon
The suite is quite small, you have noise from both the street and the neighbours, and they gave us two separate beds for us parents and our daughter. Was she supposed to sleep on the non-expandable sofa next to the kitchen ? Anyhow, the night was very unpleasant for us. Plus, they tries to charge us for the breakfast despite the fact that we already booked and paid room plus accomodation through our travel agency (at a high price).
