Recently stayed here for four straight days. I am a type of person who does an excessive amount of research before making a decision and same applies for choosing a hotel. I was very worried that I would get disappointed by this hotel because there was a mixture of good and bad reviews, but, once again, I had made the perfect choice. The hotel is a t a great location, only 5 mins of walk from Granada Cathedral. There are a plenty of Tapas bars and restaurants nearby, which means that you can always come out to the street for cervezas and calamari. The hotel is equipped with a good selection of amenities, electric kettle, blowdryer and teabags; I didn't use any of those but it still feels great to see the basic amenities provided. The room cleaning lady did a superb job in keeping our room tidy and clean. Our intended length of stay of 3 nights only but we decided to extended our stay for another because we were so content. Will definitely come back in the near future.

Friendly, excellent customer service and attention to detal.

Great modern facilities ! Great location in the city! I would recommend tha glass door into the W/C be a regular door for more privacy.

Our room pretty much resembles the photos that have been posted by other reviewers. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. But the space was a little tight and the bathroom was really small. We were only there for a night so it was fine. But I think if I had a longer stay, I would probably stay at a nicer hotel. Also keep in mind if you are visiting the Alhambra, book tickets in advance because they only sell a certain amount each day. Alhambra is about a 15-20 min walk from hotel. The hotel is situated in a small alleyway so you can't really stop for too long as cars will need to get by. If you have a car, there's a parking lot a few blocks down from the hotel on la Paz street for 16€. Keep in mind though that the garage is closed from 11pm-8am so make sure you have everything you need from the car before then. Otherwise there's another parking option, which you can ask the reception when you check in. There's also a convenient store next to the parking garage so you can pick up water and drinks for the night. What's great about where the hotel is located is that there are cafes and this amazing gelato right across the hotel. There are some shopping areas as well. What's not so great is that it can get pretty loud in the morning when you're trying to sleep in. Also, as a side note, we were there on a Sunday and it appears that a lot of shops were closed. When we left Monday afternoon, it seems like they resumed business.
