This hotel is a small boutique style hotel, close to everything you need, especially the Alhambra Palace. I lived in Granada for a while and would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a nice clean, modern, moderately priced hotel, stayed for 6 days and would stay again. Staff was great, Carmen, Dauto you guys were so helpful and nice you made us feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff and this hotel were very nice. The location was great!. We walked to the Alhambra (about 20 mins up the hill). The hotel was clean and had a nice patio with tables and chairs to sit and relax as well as a computer room if you needed to use the internet for free. They had a cafeteria in the bottom floor and they offered free coffee and tea 24/7 which was very nice and none of the other hotels we stayed in Spain offered that. I had some trouble connecting to the wifi on my iphone but my husband was able to get it quickly on his androide.

This hotel was a great experience. Room was small, but this is Europe. Regardless of that the room was very clean, very need, Extremelly close to the ALHAMBRA( Walking distance). Staff were really friendly and helpfull. they speak English. Cafeteria is really cozy and breakfast food is simple but tasty and a good local experience. I will use this hotel again and recommend it to any one. Internet works great. They also have PCs set up for guest.

Nice hotel, excellent location, may be a little space but confortable.

Hotel Puerta de las Granadas is a small little hotel in the heart of old Granada. For the affordability our expectations were surpassed by the helpful staff, clean room and free 24hr coffee and tea. The room was comfortable, and rather large (compared to other European hotels) and the bathroom, although qwirky with the swinging door, was modern and for that appreciated.

very convenient and helpful staff. Good value. Parking car requires some planning

Puerta de las Granadas was the perfect place for visiting Granada, near the busy streets but in a quiet location, and near the lower entrance to the Alhambra. Wonderful walking opportunities, and Carlos and Ana at the front desk were so helpful, from getting us tickets to the bus to restaurant suggestions to Alhambra tickets. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We were appreciative of the staff helping us with changing our accommodations. We booked a room for 3 adults and when we arrived there was not enough floor space to put our suit cases. The bathroom door didn't close so there was simply mo privacy. We booked a second room, which luckily was available. The bad thing about the second room is it had no windows! It was a cell, and the charge was around 60 euros a night. Of course, there is a no refund policy so we had to stay here. We had to check out after 2 nights because there was a lot of mold/mildew in the bathroom and my husband's allergies we re unbearable. This seems more like an upscale hostel. We lost the 3rd night that we had pre paid for but it was worth leaving it behind!

Great location and relatively nice facilities. Great little patio and a little top floor view too. Overall, a worthwhile place! Very nice and helpful staff. The only downfall is that there was a decent amount of noise from within the hotel (you can hear people walking in high heels, doors opening, and so on). Nothing too bad, but certainly not completely quiet.

I got the fourth floor room with the amazing views of the city. The room was great, the hotel was right by the Alhambra, and the staff were tremendously helpful.

We we given a room on the top floor from which we could look out at the Alhambra. It was magical. The hotel is at the base of the most direct route to the Alhambra and just steps from the town center.

This is a lovely place to stay. The location is perfect, and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. would definitely return and recommend. Room is small and compact but comfortable enough for the price, great staff, and location!

We found this a great location for visiting the Alhambra and seeing some of Granada. Very convenient restaurants. It was very much off season (December), so we got a great price and it was very quiet.

This hotel is situated on the road to the Alhambra. Just a 12 minute stroll through a beautiful lane full of trees and you are at the entrance of the Alhambra. The hotel is right in historic Granada, with the cathedral, little plazas and great tapas restaurant. Nobody will disappointed in this place.

Puerta de las Granadas does, indeed, provide the perfect doorway to so many parts of Granada, sitting as it does almost equidistant from the Alhambra, Albaicin, and Sacromonte, plus Plaza Nueva and the Cathedral, the areas of which hold all the shopping and restaurants you could possibly need on your visit. Great deal, great location.

Easy to get to form airport.or bus terminal ... a quick ride in the cab was 30 euros and a cab to the bus station was 5 euros ... The location of the hotel put us at the foot of Alhambra and got some great advice on the other things to do .. make sure you see the Alhambra from san Nicholas across the valley at dusk ... just a little up and down stroll from the Alhambra ... The night life is right there at the hotel The hotel amenities had wifi and an awesome view from the windows on the top floor ... The beds were firm but acceptable and the bathroom was divided by a frosted glass door ...perfectly fine for my needs ... Great value for the $ Enjoy

Greeted by pleasant staff who notified us that our tour company contacted them. Our room was perfect, however the bathroom needs a new ventalation system and new shower doors. We were only in Granada for one night with Alhambra being our focus - the hotel is a ten minute walk down Alhambra with little shops to stops at on the way down. Also very close to Plaza Nueva and the Cathedral.

I booked this hotel because of it's location-- just a 7 minute walk from Alhambra. But it was also just a 7 minute walk from great shopping! The staff was very accommodating and friendly and took their time with each client. The hotel is small which gives it an intimate atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The staff and location of this hotel nearby the Alhambra couldn't be better! Staff consistently were helpful and kind and we could easily walk to the Alhambra and cathedral. The room was incredibly small (no obese travelers here), but clean. A very, very long walk from the car park (you're not allowed to drive a private car in this part of the city), but once we learned the buses, it was an easy trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Hard to find a better location the visit to the Alhambra.
