Marriott brands are usually our go to properties, but we will never stay here again. We booked their "largest room", and it's built for toddlers. The bathroom is ridiculously small and the sink was down at our knees. What solidified never staying here again and possibly giving up on Marriott all together is they overcharged our bill and can't seem to figure any of it out and haven't given us a refund. One item was for liquor at the hotel pool bar that we never used. It seems their staff accidentally added someone else's order to our room around the same time we were at their restaurant or they allowed someone to fraudulently use our room to charge - either way they should be verifying identity on these charges. Now that our bill has settled, there is another $50 charge no one can explain and wasn't even on our folio for us to call attention to. Add in the fact that when we went to check out, they stated we were already checked out when we hadn't requested that. Other items to note: the restraunt is not open all day and there is only coffee available until 11am. One of the reasons we originally booked was their advertisement of these amenities, but it's pointless with such limited hours. If choosing to stay here, I recommend not allowing room charges here. Big mistake on our part having charging open.

I was so amazed by the quality of food and price. Mich better than Universal Studio City walks.
We loved the stay , however we had late check out for one room and were not informed that the keys automatically stop working at 11am So we went upstairs to get our luggage 20minutes prior to check out And had to go back down to get a new key Which I feel was a bit inconvenient But on a positive note we loved that late check out was available at least for one our rooms and also felt safe because the cleaning lady on our floor absolutely didn’t open the room for us when we showed her the keys that didn’t work Although we would have loved to have her open our door for convenience now that I look back I appreciate her due deligence Overall great experience

The hotel staff were super helpful and the hotel was clean. The location is convenient for our vacation at Universal Studios (walking or riding the shuttle).
Very convenient to Universal Studios CityWalk and Parks. This was a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast staff was especially friendly, welcoming and fun to talk to!
