Well positioned beach hotel centred in the middle of many bars and restaurants, excellent sized suite with fantastic sea views. Good strong WIFI which even works while you’re on the beach, large balcony with 2 chairs and table plus 2 sun loungers. The breakfast was well stocked with all the normal breakfast goodies on offer, the evening meal in the restaurant was first rate with a different theme each night. The Smart TV in the suite allows you to change the language back to English which is a plus so plenty of British and American TV and films on offer.

Very good hotel in all aspects - excellently located a few steps from the beach and the harbor, spacious rooms with separate bathroom and toilet, comfortable bed, breakfast offers a wide choice of fresh fruits. And so far with the superlatives, the hotel is overrated in terms of price / service ratio, slow service at the reception, I would not say in any case that it deserves the proclaimed 5 stars. It is also far away from the city center and especially the old city and cathedral.

We have been in this hotel and it is definitely worth to stay here. Clean all around and probably best location on las palmas tight on the beach and if you get sea view room you can enjoy the beauty of the beach and enjoy the lovely view. Hotel management is nice and they care about customers. Only down side is expensive and they don’t have half board or full board options. No worries plenty of restaurant around. Breakfast is breakfast but after a-few days same thing little boring. Rooms are nice and convertible 5 star but do not look for really 5 star Hotel in spain , probably premier inn is better than this, how ever hotel class is like this in this area. All in all its good hotel and i will be back.

Labelled as a 5 star it would not meet this level. It is in a lovely position just set back from the main beach. Staff are welcoming, room was clean but air-conditioning did not work. Breakfast was very good with a sensible range of fruits and cooked food. What was a concern wandering our weeks stay two fire alarms went off during the night. The staff did not know what to do and took some time to turn off. The concern were the electronic fire doors did not activate nor did our floor have the capability to close on their own. No communication of apology nor reason bar one got the impression it happened regularly.

Great view to ocean and beach from pool area. Pleasant staff, but some language problems with english. Good sized bed, but a little hard mattress. Pretty elevators. Good housekeeping. Close to technology museum, shopping centre, cafes, food stores, shops, etc. Do not recommend february for travel, warm, but most days not beach-going-weather. Vegetarian friendly.

Check in was quick and efficient. Getting to the hotels car park via the one way system was a challenge, but hardly the hotels fault. At 10 Euro per day a bit expensive, but options are limited. 7th floor room facing the sea. Lovely views from the balcony. Book a sea view room, if not you will regret it. Bedroom is a decent size. Clean. Plenty of electric sockets. Bed is massive, quite firm, but that suites me so I slept well. Disappointed not to be able to get BBC on tv, but not a major issue. Good wifi in room, free, which impressed me. Sadly no tea or coffee making facilities in room, but decent minibar/fridge. Bathroom was clean. Separate toilet area, which I find inconvenient. Also if they are going to do this, at least put a handbasin in with the wc! Over bath shower was quite efficient, but the screen suffered from being designed by stylists rather than practical people, so the floor was always wet from overspray afterwards. Adequate breakfast. Did not eat in main restaurant. Decent pool area, although water was too cold to swim (February). Plenty of restaurants nearby, and the beach directly opposite is kept wonderfully clean. Staff were always helpful and friendly. We would repeat this hotel if staying in the north of the island.

We stayed at Hotel Cristina for a week in January and we absolutely loved it. Our spacious and beautiful room was on the 9th floor with the view to the port and the new built Poema Del Mar ( theme park). The hotel is directly on the beach and close to everything you need. Breakfast buffet is really good and we also had a delicious dinner at the hotel.

We stayed for a week in January and enjoyed the hotel and the sea. We had a beachfront room with a lovely view. The breakfast is very generous although the breakfast room is quite noisy. There are many nice restaurants nearby.

Location of the hotel is ideal if you fancy walks along the beach front with lots of places to eat. The area is not as pretty as the old town but it's only 5 euros in a taxi to get there. This is my second time in this hotel (working on a vessel in Port) and given the choice I would choose this hotel. Breakfast is nice with a good selection of fresh bread. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned every day to a good standard. The last time I stayed here however I needed to spread out the weight of the contents of my 2 bags so that they were not over weight when I got to the airport. The only scales are in the reception and cost 1 euro every time. I think it cost me 8 euros by the time I had finished. Why does a hotel have to make a profit from a guest wanting to weigh their bag? Why can't this just be a helpful service they can easily provide with a set of ordinary scales. The elevators are slow and I gave up using them and used the stairs every time. Overall I give this hotel the thumbs up.

This hotel seems to be one of, if not the rest oceanfront hotels in Las Palmas. Our room was smaller than I would have imaged, but I enjoyed our balcony view. We also had very immediate beach access. The elevators here were among the slowest I've ever encountered to the point that I'd just walk eight floors to my room. Breakfast always seemed to end too early for people on vacation. My wife said when she caught it, it was good. The hotel bar is basically a stand in the lobby.
