The living/dining room features a double sofa bed that extends to 200 cm in length and 210 cm wide, an open-hearth fireplace, and a satellite TV with a flat screen. It also has air conditioning and an exit leading to the terrace. One room on the main level has a double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm and 200 cm long, a bath/WC, satellite TV with a flat screen, air conditioning, and an exit to the swimming pool. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complete with air conditioning and an exit to the terrace. There is also a separate WC on the main level. Upstairs, you'll find one room with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, 200 cm long), a bath/WC, satellite TV with a flat screen, and air conditioning. Another room on the upper level has 2 beds (90 cm, 200 cm long), a bath/WC, and a satellite TV with a flat screen, also featuring air conditioning. The house has forced-air heating.
