Gothia Towers Hotel

I went to Gothia in a business group and my first impression was amazing. This is a very big and busy hotel, the ones that one expect in the big capitals of Europe but not in a city with the size of Goteborg. Everything went smoothly, the service was good, the Italian restaurant was fine, the rooms were fantastic (we stayed in the Upper House tower), the views of the city wonderful... and do not miss the breakfast in the 25th floor!!!

Great location. Small room was great. All room amenities so frequently missing. Comfy beds, big bathroom and very clean. Guest services were very helpful. Tables not cleared quickly at breakfast which was more odd than problematic. Gorgeous food at breakfast. The breakfast room is huge so must get very busy. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

A bit slow check-in. Maybe due to new staff. The room fee is in the higher range. The room category that we had was "sky room" which didnt incl bathtub which we would have loved to have. Other then that, the room standard is great! During rush hours, the elevators are a bit overloaded. The breakfast is absolutely fabolous! It has it all, regarding what you disire. Worth mentioning is that the warm breakfast buffet could be highlighted even more. It was near we totally missed it and that would have been a shame cause the bacon and scrambled eggs was the best we've had ever!

The price is high, but all service is perfect. Breakfast is wonderful, room is small but very fresh, clean equipment and facilities. All is new. Refrigerator could be bigger than it is. Tv is versatile.

Gothia Towers Hotel offers high standard rooms with additional useful facilities like airon board, kettle, nicely equiped refrigerator, tea & coffee. Even an ice cube machine is avaiable at the corridor. However, prices in the bar dowstairs are pretty high, the same concerns prices for rooms.

I felt as I was no welcome at the hotel. The personnel was unfriendly both at the front desk and elsewhere. The management does not seem to think of the guests convenience, - in partocular, there is no shop for utilities nor for souvenirs.

Stayed here many times and never disappointed. Good check in -out speed however it can get very busy. Rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable beds/pillows. The Westcoast restaurant has great service and super seafood dishes.

I have stayed here on several occasions and this time I really had a great stay (it has been a bit uneven over the years). The room was spacious, cosy and clean, and very quiet (heavy doors kept noises from the hallway out). Fantastic breakfast with lots of options - including pancakes, homemade coconut/mango/passion fruit marmalade, freshly baked bread, and much more. Several restaurants in the hotel. Another nice touch was the temporary art exhibition with works of Dalì. I truly enjoyed my stay!

Nice rooms, noisy place. Sounded like construction work going on in the hotel all the time. A good hotel, but not quite up to the standard one would expect in that price range. Very noisy breakfast are.

Good hotel Probably a good location if you can visit the park opposite and not too far from nice city centres. Overall it is convenient when its raining because there are several restaurants onsite. But the breakfasthall was not nice at all and that lowered the impression.
