Stayed here for a couple of nights.. It's nicely located within walkingdistance from Järntorget where you can catch a tram/bus if you wanna go further.. Also in walkingdistance from Linne for example with lots of restaurants. The hotel itself is a low budget operation so make sure you don't overpay. With that said it's quite ok actually. Small room (single) but ok nevertheless. The breakfast is on the simpler side but "good enough". You can get coffee 24/7 an they served free waffles in the evening. No restaurant or bar in the hotel, but just around the corner you'll find some restaurants and pubs. Parking seemed to be a big question-mark with the staff, but just across the street there turned out to be a parking-lot (at a cost of course, download Gothenburg Parking's app) but still quite cheap. Plus for serving coffee 24/7. Minus for the confused answer regarding parking when it was available just across the street. Note that this is a lower standard hotel, so make sure you don't overpay.. but at the right price, I would stay here again!

The hotel keeps an ok budget standard. You don't get anything new and fresh, but ok and rather clean. The elevator is slow, the shower curtain might fall down, you might have to ask to get towels and so on. The breakfast is good, with scrambled eggs, bacon an the usual suspects! You can make waffles in the afternoon. Nice lounge and place to sit outdoors. The vibe is more of a good youth hostel than a hotel - but that is on the positive side! From looking outside you should think that the hotel is in an industrial harbour area. However, some meters to the left (35-40m) you are in the lively Kungsgatan with bars, restuarants and pubs. Haga and the rock club Pustervik is also close. Or you can get a cruise on the river from Stenpiren. You also have easy access to the citybike some meters from the hotel. Easy transport and low cost.

PROS - A quiet hotel next door to Riverton and situated very close to the Stenpiren terminal (two stops from Central Station) where you can catch the tram, bus, or ferry - Decent stay if you're on a budget, good for a hotel of this caliber. Stayed in a double room which was simple and basic with two single beds pushed together (but did appear to have been refurbished, it didn't feature the dated furniture shown in the management photos.) Room had good soundproofing and was generally cleaner and more spacious than anticipated. Bathroom was nicely polished and had a dimmer - The breakfast spread was no more than basic (sandwich, cereal, egg) but clean and tidy. You can grab complimentary coffee, tea, and cookies throughout the day as well as complimentary waffles in the evenings until 9PM which were pretty tasty CONS - Location is technically central but on the outskirts of the "action" (shopping, restaurants, bars etc.) I wouldn't suggest staying here if you're a tourist or want to be within enjoyable walking distance of things as the hotel is a little off and lonely and tucked away with office buildings - At check-in you had to manually fill out your personal information on a piece of paper if you were a new guest which made the process a little slower - Hotel is in decent condition overall but the room doors were noticeably worn out. The room card key was very dated and had the room number taped on it which is bad for security reasons - Room had no safety box (etc.) Bed comfiness was fair but on the stiffer side. Cleanliness was acceptable overall but some debris had been missed by vacuum - Staff were kind of standoffish and didn't engage with guests on their own account (by greeting or smiling)

The Hotel place is near to the ferry and to city center. The Hotel is quite and not good site. But it is quite good for budget and long stay. The cleaning is good, the room sizes are Okay. The services are quite good and not very high priced.

The hotel is centrally located and there's good parking available close by. It's recently renovated and rooms are well equipped and tidy. Lousy wifi though. Excellent if you're just looking for a place to overnight on a business trip.

The hotel seems to have changed name and owners several times and is now "Center Hotel" or "Hotel Center" depending on where on their web site you look. At least the standard double room was clean, but a bit worn down. Bathroom was a bit small and cold. Breakfast buffet was quite allright and they serve a light snack in the evenings which is nice if you arrive late. It's an okay hotel for a budget stay and close to the Stenpiren terminal for trams, buses and ferries. From the hotel to Chalmers and Lindholmen Science Park it's a 5 minute ferry shuttle (and some of the ferries are even for free).

nice hotel, coffee, fruits and biscuits all day in the lobby, very friendly personnel that gave us lots of helpful local tips, but the bloody internet seems to be so difficult to access. After they upgraded my room to a "large" one for becoming a club member, still had trouble placing my stuff in the room. And don't think I have much stuff - I travel with a Wizzair sized cabin laguage.

Service was 50/50 depending on who was working, some of the staff were very helpful others were extremely unhelpful and also rude. The rooms are basic but have everything you need, beds are very uncomfortable. The location is fairly central to most things. Breakfast and the afternoon tea they have is amazing!!

The rooms were very small and not that clean. Even though the internet was free you had to log in every time your phone logged out. There was not a great selection for breakfast. They did have tea and coffee facilities all day and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and I have to say it was ok. It's nothing special at all. The location is reasonable, it has comfortable beds and the shower is hot. The wifi is frustrating and the breakfast terrible. Really not the kind of breakfast that offers much variety and it's definitely not filling. The tea/coffee machine didn't work on our 2nd morning and the tables weren't clean. Good if you're on a budget but not expect too much.
