We've stayed on our way to Florida the last 4 years. Staff is always friendly. Quiet and easy location of the interstate.

We chose this location while visiting Nashville. It was easy enough to drive from the downtown area and to the Opry Mills area. We had a pleasant stay and would stay again.

The front desk was super nice. Everything you may need in a hotel but better. It seemed very cozy. Nice pool but would of like a hot tub though. Not to far away from Nashville but have is the out of city feeling. Would stay here again for sure.

When we got to the room there was a guitar pick lying on the floor. This made me wonder if the room had been vacuumed since the last occupant. The room was a nice size and had a working refrigerator. There was a microwave too, but I never tried it. There was a coffee maker that I didn't use. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan or heat lamp so the room was completely steamed up after a shower. The breakfast was supposed to last from 6:30 to 10:00am, but was being dismantled at 9:30am, so get there early. There's not an insulation in the walls, so be prepared to listen to the newlyweds in the room beside you. The bed was lumpy. The A/C worked well. The pool was well heated and comfortable to get in.

It was excellent stay. Clean sheets. A decent location next to highway and mall.

Pleasant experience. We will visit again. Nice pool and breakfast.

The staff at this hotel is amazing! They make u feel like family the moment u walk in! The swimming pool was a very comfortable tempature and not hard to breath at all. The rooms are huge and perfect for a family or extended stay.

Loved this hotel. The only complaint we had was Hot tub was not working, and this was one of the reason in choosing this hotel. Would stay again if ever in this area.

I've traveled frequently for work and pleasure. Country Inn and Suites are always a safe bet. Clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and service was good.

To reach this hotel, one must turn back UNDER an expressway on an unmarked street that looks like the parking lot of a decrepit strip mall. No street sign. No directional sign posted by the hotel. Even Garmin got confused. Even though the hotel seems very new, the room smelled a little "off".

While the exterior of this hotel looked brand new - once I got past the door of my hotel room I was very disappointed by the room. The ceiling was falling down in the bathroom, cracks and mold on the bathroom walls. It almost looked like they wrapped a new facade around an old Days Inn hotel. Breakfast was also very disappointing - took one bite of what was called scrambled eggs and had to leave and go buy breakfast elsewhere.

It started out bad. I had requested adjoining rooms because we had kids with us. No only did we not get adjoining rooms, the rooms they gave us weren't even next to each other. Then after much complaining they switched us to rooms that were "next" to each other but separated by a large staircase. Then the bathrooms had cracking caulk at all the seems, and the soap tray had completely broken off the wall, and rather than reattach it they just leaned it against the wall. One of the rooms had "small hairs" in the shower. The first morning we went down to use the pool and were told it was closed because someone had gotten sick in it the day before and they hadn't gotten around to cleaning it yet. The Jacuzzi was broken and marked off with yellow caution tape the whole time we were there (three nights). I simply could not recommend this hotel to anyone under any circumstances.

WE had a woman with 4 children above us running around and jumping til around 1:00 am and we called the front desk 3 times which did no good. Then we got our bill to show how much less it would have been had we called them first - how rude!!

With the exception that the elevator was out of service at arrival my experience was great.

We were going to Nashville to the Central Tennessee Railroad to spend a day with Thomas the Tank Engine. We had a very relaxing evening in the hotel the night before. the clerk at the desk was outstanding! It was the same young lady when we checked in Friday night and checked out Saturday morning.

Very nice, big rooms

Room was Large and quiet! Bed comfortable. [...] Would and will be going back.

Good location to shopping and highways! Very clean and quiet location! Great staff!

We had a great time. The Country Inn & Suites was better than we expected. We took a chance, since there were no reviews online about the hotel, and are glad we did. This was our first trip (as a couple) to Nashville, Tn. We came into town to attend the Goodguys Spring Nationals Car Show at Titan Stadium. The hotel was only 9mi. from where we were going and the stadium is right across the river from downtown Nashville. Everything you could want is right there or within 2mi. of the hotel. There's a shopping mall 2 blocks away, a movie theater 2mi down the road, Cracker Barrel was the next exit up 65, plus all of your hometown conveniences in a small suburbia setting. We are definitely staying here again and are bragging about it to all of our friends. Don't let me forget to compliment the staff on thier excellence and if you like a good breakfast before heading out, you won't be disappointed.
