Everything nice places are close to the hotel and walking

It close to everything mall resturtant gas Anything u need it in that area

Every time I need a room American best value is clean and comfortable great area to shop and eat

Clerk at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Without a doubt the best part of stay. Room was dirty and poorly cleaned. Cigarette burns in the sheets as well as stains on sheets and mattress. Old furniture and poorly maintained.

Sad to say, the sheets had me itching all night. Many were drunk walking the street before we entered the building. Someone was staring at me as if they were a statue or a strange beginning of a horror movie, from outside the door, during my check in. However, I did not complain about anything to anyone, but while checking out there was an attitude for no reason. I presented their key back and was treated like I did not just pay to sleep there. It was like he, behind the desk, did not want to be bothered.

There is nothing nice to say but the staff was nice

It was a very great stay! nice location. friendly staff! I was very impressed with the ameneties! Resturaunt close by! A great find!!! I would definitely go back and stay there! Definitely recommend and acyually have!!! Would be nice if there was a pool

Hotel is run down. Bed was hard as rock. Staff was friendly, which is about the only positive. Breakfast was not fresh, the pastries were hard. A little ways from downtown Naahville. But nearby shops and places to eat.

you get what u pay for. This was cheapest available hotel. the room smelt bad. the sheets under the bed were nasty.

The rooms were dirty, the front desk folks were rude and will not ever stay there. I have stayed places for less and had a lot more for it.

Checked in and found the room clean and very nice. All staff very cordial and helpful. Will stay there again sometime.

continental breakfast was so bad I only had 1 incredibly small blueberry muffin & watered down orange juice wife & son didn't like anything that was available, we all had the orange juice & agreed it was watered down you get what you pay for & for a few more bucks we could have stayed someplace with a cleaner/newer room & maybe could have had a decent breakfast

Room was clean, one small problem with air conditioning was taken care of real quick.

Stayed at this motels last year, location to many attractions & food is a plus. Freindly staff a fair price for what I paid.

We had to check in late and had been outside in 90 degree heat all day. When I checked in the lobby had no air conditioning. When we got to our room and turned on the room unit the air coming out of a/c never got cold, after about 10 minutes I called front desk. Person answered phone said someone would be right up. Waited about 15 minutes and no one ever showed up and the air out of the unit never got any cooler. The hand controls on the unit were missing but the person on the phone assured us the control were on cold if they were all the way to the right! Went to the front desk to request a refund for poor service and was told I had to go through my travel site to do that. When I called the next morning the hotel told us to call back and speak to a manager. I didn't want to deal with the poor customer service so I am taking this as a loss. You get what you pay for! We left that night and found a room less than a mile from our destination for a good price.

Came to Nashville with my daughters for a Taylor Swift Meet & Greet in Nashville. Couldn't get any hotel rooms in Nashville so we settled for this location which is about ten miles to the north. Didn't spend much time at the hotel but stay was good. Only complaint was the bed was too hard for me.

Good not to far from Down town Nashville

Ice machine in building didn't work. The front door to room was hard to open with card-key and lock looks like people had been banging on it to get in. Very noisy at night with "National Sports Bar" next door. They forgot wakeup call.

I've stayed at America's Best Value Inn twice now (in Goodlettsville, and in Glen Ellyn near Chicago), and BOTH times I have had staff throw a fit when I asked for a third towel (only two per room). Must be some company policy. I was amazed when the guy at the front desk told me there were no more towels. The place was 10% occupied, go open another room and get me one! He said he's see what he could do... 20 min later our towel showed up. Terrible service. Our non-smoking room smelled of smoke as well.
