The house has a large garden on three sides, a 50 square meter covered veranda with barbecue, outdoor shower, sink, electric oven.
Internally the house is on three levels, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bedroom with three single beds in a mezzanine room, a single bed in the living room/kitchen area, a single bed in the room below, sleeps 8 with the possibility of adding a camp bed for a total of 10 beds.
It has private parking, 100 meters away there is the shared swimming pool which can be used free of charge, it is open every day from June 15th to September 15th, the use of a swimming cap is mandatory and it is open from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 19.00.
The free beach is 400 meters away and can be easily reached on foot via the paths. Adjacent to the beach we find the dinghy rental and moorings as well as the bar restaurant Yacthing Club Vela Blu, an enchanting place to enjoy an excellent aperitif.
At the entrance of the structure (about 300 meters from the house) market / bazaar, bar restaurant pizzeria IL SEGRETO.
The house is equipped with TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, equipped kitchenette, fans, microwave oven, iron and ironing board, hairdryer air conditioning, parking space.
