The room was adequate. The hotel had been very busy due to Easter holiday so when we arrived the only room available was the room they had been doing maintenance on. You could tell the maintenance man had done a fast job and didn't clean up after himself. The air conditioner needs a bit of work as it didn't blow as much as I would have liked. The staff at however were superb. I would stay there again just because of how friendly and helpful they are.

Everything was lovely. But having experience in inspections and having OCD I could tell the furniture has not been wiped or dusted. And no one has cleaned out the bathtub, if anything the tub should be the main thing cleaned.

They showed me three rooms. All of them were filthy. The carpet was caked, flies everywhere, wallpaper peeling, reeked of cigarette smoke, what appeared to be nicotine film on the badly worn furniture, trash under the beds.

Room was disgusting with stains in bed. Roaches in bathroom. Could hear drug sale next door. Left immediately and asked for a refund. I was in the room a total of 2 mins.

The hotel was in disrepair and some appliances, IE Alarm clock, heating system, toilet, and refrigerator, in one room did not work or was loud or dirty. There were occupants living in the hotel that didn't observe the quite hours and I did not sleep at all my first night and had to be moved to another room where the bed mattress was very hard and my neighbors seemed to be dealing in some things that weren't legal. I did worry about my safety at times.

It was fine except first room I was given had broken glass partials outside the door both on cement and the door mat. I asked for another room and got it. As a dog walker I moticed some overhead parking lot lights were out... Not safe.

Quality stay for the price I paid. It was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Great for a stop over.

This place was dirty and had a lot of roaches. The only for thing good about this hotel was the coffee I made in my room.

Booked one night to attend funeral. No local hotels had a very good rating, so I went with Days Inn because I have stayed in others without issue. Right away "non smoking" room smelled of smoke. The furniture had cigarette burns! Not enough security lighting, and the location seemed sketchy. Shower was so stained we didn't use it. Baseboard in bathroom was falling off. Overnight, the walls were so thin we could hear the guy next door sneezing, flushing, and talking. I would have happily paid more to have had a better experience.

walked in the room no lights, had to walk to the bathroom turn that light on, tried to turn the other lights on they were all unplugged. thank god only one night there. bath room had 2 towels 1 for me and one for my wife as we all know wifes use 2 towels. the bed was comfortable.

Location is a short walk from a movie theater. Also has many fast food restaurants nearby

It was fine for one night. The bathroom was clean but room needs updating corners were dirty looking, wall paper was pealing. Sink was cracked. No coffee in room. Otherwise beds were pretty comfy. Front desk very nice. Very disappointed in breakfast offering not much even if it was free.

I needed a room for one night, and the Days Inn served that purpose. The staff was friendly and the room was comfy.

Hotel we wanted was booked. This was a backup - OK, but only that. Unfortunately did not know there were several other more desirable hotels in or near this location. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom OK, but room is aging with that old smell.

The room itself was comfortable although there were light sockets that were pulled out of the wall and, most of the lamps were not plugged in, nor could they be plugged in. But the bed was very comfortable. My room was nicely located for what I needed and I enjoyed my stay over all. Unfortunately the breakfast left a lot to be desired, the supplies were never refilled during the breakfast on Sunday morning. Over all I would stay here again if I ever traveled to Goldsboro again!

first of all I travel to Goldsboro for a graduation I arrived at the hotel after 11 p.m. on 6/7/13 Th Lobby Was Locked AndI Had To Check In Thru A Window. The Receptionist Did Not Say Hi,Welcome, Thank You Or anything. I Told Her I Had Reservations , Said My Name And Slid My Drivers License Through The Wimdow She Took My ID And Walked Away Without A Word I Stood There About 5 Min Waiting For Her To Return When She Returned She Slid Me A Piece Of Paper ANd 2Key And Said Sign Here. Afterr I Sign The Paper She Took The Paper And Walked Away . I Stood Ther Wait For Her To Retur For 7 Min. Another Guest Walks Up , MyDaughter Knocks On The Window And The Guest Calls. The Guest Said She Was On The Phone. When She Returned To The WindowI Said I Have Never Been Her Which Way To My Room? After She Told Me I Said Thank You She Said Something But I Was Upset And Walked Away From The Window. The Room Was Dusty The Chair Was Filthy And nasty The Room Stink From Cigarette Smoke. I Got Fabreez From My Car And Sprayed The Entire Room. My Daughters And I Showerd And Was Getting Ready For Bed When Some One Started Knocking On The Door When I Asked Who Is It. No One Answer Needless To Say I slept light. Some One Knocked Again Throughout The Night. I Did Not Answer The Door . We Left Early Saturday Morning For The Graduation . Around 7 Am I Awoken WIth A Roach Was Crawling On me . I Went Down To The Looby And Reported And Checked Out . This Was The Worst Experience . Not To Mention We Was Late To Our Sunday Brunch With The Family.

Service was fast she was nice my main concern was the wifi it was ok room was clean didn't smell awful. So it wasn't bad wasn't great but good for a 50/ night I'll go back plenty

There were scary people in the parking lot, when I arrived. Most of them were dumpster diving for the old furniture, as the hotel had just had a makeover, everything was exceptionally clean and new, which was a saver. Access from the highway is difficult and confusing. Staff were average.

Asked for non smoking and got a smoking room, boy could you tell!! Clerk quickly moved me. The hotel needs some fixing up. Its definitely dated and a little run down. Would not recommend you stay there for more than two nights for sure....

horrible! Bedbugs no towels, filthy rooms, old food on floor, pool nasty unuseable, could not stay because of bugs crawling on headboard. They would not give a refund so I could go to another hotel. I had to drive all our ladies home and did not get to finish the conference we paid for. I will not use this hotel ever again and plan on reporting this to the community through the news media if I do not get a full refund!
