The room has bugs, got bitten a few time. Roches in the bathroom area. The breakfast area was extremely dirty, table not clean. Compared to other comfort inns I stayed in before. This is the worst one.
I will never stay at this hotel again! It smells like mildew and the rooms are outdated. I did not feel safe staying there because I never saw anyone cleaning nor could I smell cleaning products. Very disappointed in this hotel but I guess you get what you pay for. The only bright spot was the staff was friendly.
The room with the King bed was bigger than I thought. Very clean, staff was very nice. Highly Recommend.
This was the second time we have stayed here, since we attend a yearly meeting in NC. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, even a movie theater. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and when we discovered the refrigerator in the room was not working it was replaced immediately. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast and it was replenished in a timely manner. It was a good value for the price and we will come again next year.
I halted on my way to drive from Fl to NE, it was a nice 1 night stay. Nothing fancy but good. Free morning breakfast was average but does the job
In the morning we discovered there were no bath linens in the room. When we called the front desk, we were told we could come down to get them. We were joined by several other guests attaining their bath linens as well. The shower curatin was covered with mold. And, to top it all off, they billed our credit card twice for the same room. I would not stay here again even though the decor was beautiful.
