The property is falling apart. Pieces of the railing was falling off as we were standing under it. The bathtub is squishy, Like there is water underneath it. There is black mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom. The bath tub has not been cleaned. It is black with someone else's hair in it. The shower curtain is covered in mold. The bedsheets and blankets have stains all over them. Curtains are ripped, stained and falling apart! Do not stay at this hotel. The health department should be contacted. The property is not safe.
I have stayed in a lot of hotels lately and this one is a bit run down. The stair railings to the second floor a rusted to the point they may need replacement. The elevator is marked “Out of Order”, the deadbolt on our room doesn’t work, the refrigerator has mold in the bottom. Good thing we are just sleeping and departing early. $15 per hour to sleep is a bit much for this place.

Room was dingy dirty and in poor repair. Guest dogs allowed to bark including mid-night. Breakfast supplies not kept up without someone asking. Sole waffle maker out of commission or lacking supplies.People sleeping in their car in parking lot. Stained towels. Did ask desk to contact one dog owner and apparently did so. Poor reflection on La Quinta
Room smelled like urine and mildew. Had I ate dinner before entering the room, I’d think I would have thrown up. While I was standing in line waiting to explain my concerns, there were other people complaining on how bad it’s gotten there.
non-smoking room had a strong odor of tobacco smoke, found a cigarette butt inside the temp control panel, shower liner and tile grout was moldy, shower temp fluctuated from scalding to ice cold, bed sheets were stained, police came to my door in the middle of the night for a 911 call that (allegedly) originated from my room...it did not. However - both front desk attendants were very friendly, helpful, and kind.
