Perfect location to visit the local areas. Red Rocks, Mountains, Golden. Definitely will be back when back in the area.

Free wifi was bad and TV channels didn’t work. Asked for clean towels and never got them
Stayed here for 2 nights to acclimatize before heading west. This is right off major highway (which you can hear) and on a major commercial road so it’s not quant, quiet, or mountain feel (outside). Inside was nice. Decently updated but not luxurious and some things need updating/ replacement but rooms were very clean although we had a few outlets that weren’t working (2). But for the price, it was a good find. Pool is old but EXTREMELY clean and accessible (special kudos to the guy who cleans the pool because he clearly takes personal pride in his work and it shows). But it’s downsides are also it’s upsides. Although in major roads, it was very easy to head into boulder, golden, or downtown.
I have stayed at several Best Western properties and this one (Aiden by Best Western) was on the lower end in terms of amenities, service, and dining options. There were no instructions for wi-fi; the tv came with no guide and was stuck in small screen; one lamp was out; the bathroom had not been properly cleaned when I arrived (hair balls on floor) and had one hook on the back of the door; and the breakfast options were limited compared to other BW's I have stayed (eg; I had to ask for fruit). Otherwise, the Staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The room was relatively clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a coffee maker. I chose this hotel for its proximity to Red Rocks Amphitheater. It was convenient to the highway and to the Denver airport. The grounds were nice including a pool (although I didn't use it).
Good location and price, but the breakfast waffles were cold. They are made in advance, then put in an unheated chafing pan, with no heat. Otherwise good breakfast and options. When I brought it up to the people at the front desk, I did not get any response. Not sure how good their English understanding was.
The hotel was not open after I arrived and when I called their after hours number, they didnt answer.
Broken down boat in parking lot, dirty parking lot with homeless going through trash. Broken elevator, trash in hallway all day. Hot tub did not work, breakfast was very limited and ran out fast, no coffee, did not have enough pillows, gave us the wrong room and blamed it on Orbitz
Staff were great to work with and the morning breakfast was outstanding!
All 3 elevators were broken…had to beg for a luggage rack. No one spoke english. Gym and hot tub were not open. Had to ask 3 times for an iron and finally had to go to the front desk and knock on the office door to get help. Also no utensils in the breakfast room. Awful.
The property is in a good location - Colorado Mills shopping center is directly across the street, with several shopping and dining options. Easy access to freeway. The hotel itself is just okay - beds were comfortable and the room was clean. However, the room was small, only one of three elevators was working, and the breakfast was horrible - everything was cold, and the food was not in a working warmer. If you are looking for a cheap, safe place to stay, then this is a good choice.
Bathroom vent fan did not work, elevators were broken, gym was closed.
The breakfast was amazing but the hotel look little dark, the room walls are too thin and can hear everything from side room. Little too noisy
