Great place!
Friendly and efficient at check in. Breakfast was good. Pet friendly with easy access to beachfront. All good except for the family of elephants in the room above-super noisy!
The hotel is in a great location right on the ocean, that is why you would stay there. The room had gnats all over the bathroom and some in the room. When I approached them they came in and dumped bleach down the drain which made the room smell like bleach. When I returned at night from my event all the gnats were back. I asked for another room but they were sold out and nothing they could do. I got very little sleep and it was unnerving. I did not use the bathroom at all which was super frustrating. I would have thought I would have received some kind of compensation back but none was offered. I would never stay here again!
Patio door won't lock and needs a plastic tube for security. Fur future is old and dingy. Long lines for check in and breakfast.
I really liked the access to the beach and the jacuzzi bath tub.
I was put in a basement room that felt like a dungeon, very old mattress, stairs that felt like they were going to collapse, the bathroom at least was remodeled.. I think the newer or more recent remodeled part might be better.
Wonderful location near the beach. Clean room and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

We stay one night, but we were surprised the conditions of the rooms, super old mattresses, not really good pillows...The place needs an upgrade

Easy to park, pleasant staff, and a nice area for pet-walking! A little disappointed with cleanliness of the room and noise from above us.
Lovely place for a great price. It's older and creakt but I liked that feel. The view from my room was beautiful. Super friendly staff also. Before booking, pay attention to the fact that the lobby does close if you'll be arriving late.

the older woman at the front desk was rude and surely. She seemed more interested in staring at the computer than interacting with customers! The walls are thin and people above were very noisy (dog barking, kid jumping off the bed?). This front desk woman told us they were checking out that day (which wasn't the case). The beds very comfortable and the sound of the ocean is nice, but not worth the $200/night price. I would not recommend this place.
The view was amazing! Access to the beach few steps away was even better! Breakfast was decent. I didnt like they didnt have AC because it did get warm. I had to use my portable fan until it cooled down. Also when we checked in the sliding door to the patio was wide open. Probably to air out the place but boy did bugs fly in. Price for the night was a little on the expensive side.

We sincerely apologize that there was an issue. Regular maintenance is scheduled for cleaning drain traps. Housekeeping has been instructed to notify maintenance at once if they see gnats at any time.
