We stayed here recently just for one night. Our room was large, comfortable and well appointed. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Dinner was excellent with a good range of food, dining room is traditional with white tablecloths, napkins etc. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order and delicious. The grounds were full of snowdrops!

This was a nice stay in a nice location butt the bathroom door didn't close properly so everytime the wife went to the loo the door bashed her on the head, bad but had comedic value, also the hot water didn't work very well and the sink was full of limescale, also the bar is great if you're willing to age as much as the whisky. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

Stayed for dinner, bed and breakfast, huge sumptuous room and bed, the evening meal was delisious as also the breakfast. The staff are very pleasant and professional. The main hotel, bar and library is lovely to sit and relax in. Really enjoyed our short stay, will return for an afternoon cream tea as they looked so inviting and it would be a crime not to.

We went to this hotel to celebrate a special birthday. It was so good. The hotel is superb. We were upgraded to a bedroom in the coach house block. It was wonderful the lap of luxury. The hotel is fantastic surrounded by beautiful grounds. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful nothing was too much trouble. My family came to visit for lunch on the Sunday and we had a super day. Food is very good couldn’t fault it at all. Would recommend Wyck Hill House to everyone. We will certainly visit again.

My wife and I had a fantastic 2 night stay. We enjoyed a room in the old house which was very comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary spa facilities which were clean and not busy at all. The restaurant deserves special mention. We had both a lunch and dinner which were both exquisite. Breakfast is also a real treat. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely country-house hotel that combines old-world charm with amazing food. The main house retains its 18th-century atmosphere with panelled rooms and log fires. Our guest room was spacious with a high-quality bed, and the bathroom had fluffy towels and lots of bottles. Best of all was the food in the restaurant, both at dinner and breakfast, with staff who were well-trained, kind and efficient. My wife arrived with a tummy bug, but the staff prepared special food for her, easy to digest, at no extra cost. And - in February - great value for money.

My husband and I stayed here on the Sunday after Valentine's Day, having seen the deal on Travelzoo. We were impressed from the time we pulled up in the car park, and continued to be so throughout our stay. We started off with a stressbuster massage, which was part of our "deal", which was fantastic, and certainly relaxed us for the remainder of our stay. We sat our on the heated terrace, which was lovely (particularly as there was no-one smoking in there at the time - might have been different if people were smoking though, as predominantly it appeared to be a designated smoking area, which was a shame). Our super king sized bed was fantastic, particularly as we were only expecting a double or king. The garden room was lovely and spacious, although we didn;t have what we would call views over the garden, more the cars in the car park, but that did not spoil our stay. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly and could not do enough for us. Our evening meal was absolutely fantastic, as was our full english breakfast the following day. We hope the hotel does more deals like the one we had, throughout the summer, as we would love to see the grounds in full bloom.

Value for money, great location, amazing food, friendly staff, massive room, bottle of champagne on arrival and excellent spa treatments! Just what we were after to celebrate our first Valentine's as a married couple. We will be returning at some point, I'm sure.

A well-earned half-term break for two teachers neatly paired with Valentines earned me a few brownie points. The room was very large with a Dubai-sized bed and good en-suite facilities. I loved the ambience of the bar with its open fire and also the library where one could sit and relax. The deal included dinner which was well-presented and beautifully cooked. Three courses of value for money mouth watering taste all washed down with a reasonable selection of champagne and wine. In the morning we had a Full English Breakfast and then prepared for our inclusive spa treatments - a pedicure for my wife and a stress buster massage for me. The staff were very caring and knowledgeable and we came away feeling relaxed and happy with our stay. The hotel is set in lovely grounds which we walked around on day two when the rain had disappeared. It is also a great base for visiting the popular Cotswold towns such as Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water, Morton in the Marsh, Cheltenham, Gloucester and Stratford upon Avon. I would strongly recommend a visit to this Hotel and Spa which is even better value for money if you can get a Travelzoo deal.

Stayed here with a large group of friends to celebrate a 50th. The hotel was beautiful and ideally located with fantastic views and also close to Stow. Had room no 33 in the extended part which had lovely windows to make the most of the view. All the staff were friendly and efficient. The food was absolutely wonderful - we had evening meals and breakfast - cooked to order. Everything was so tasty. As we were a party of 10 they put us in a separate dining room - The Heythrop - with our own waiter which we hadn't been expecting and was the icing on the cake. Our waiter was excellent and really helped make everything perfect. Have already recommended this hotel to so many friends. I will definitely be returning.
